Small off-white head over hazy orange-yellow beer. Spice strikes immediately, and knowing that it is oregan, it is unmistakable, impossible to be confused with anything else. It’s even pizza-like, with some bitterish citrus and maltcrust aromas. More oregan in the taste, slightly roasted and hopbitterness; something as from dandelion too. Or is that suggestion by Fantôme? Bitterish pizza. Spritzy, feels very carbonated, refreshing, seemingly not more than medium-bodied. It’s refreshing, but the oregan is so invading, that it leaves preciously else besides. sfhodense (4789) - Odense NØ, DENMARK - APR 14, 2010

Bottle with Craig, I picked this up at Dranken Geers, March 2010, consumed at my gaff, day two tasting 09-04-10 First thoughts on this were mouthwash, I don’t mind mouthwash and fortunately this wasn’t the sort that numbed your tongue as well, still it was strange. Soft and very perfume like, lavender, some mint, quite herbal really. This is the sort of beer to drink between beers to refresh and cleanse your palate, its fine stuff but very strange. 750ml bottle pours a translucent, hazy, straw gold with a thin white head. Grassy aroma, pale malts, white pepper, pears, a little medicinal with a hint of boot polish. The flavor is peppery, grass, light lemon, a bizarre, unique spiciness that no one could figure out. Reminded me of a wormwood beer I had, medicinal, but apparently that was the effect of the oregano. Finish has a light sting of bitterness while otherwise dry. cgarvieuk (24536) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - APR 9, 2010

750mL courtesy of Travlr. Pours a clear straw with very spritzy carbonation. A small white head sits atop with okay retention and not much lace. Aroma of white wine, spices, pine (?). Taste is grainy, spicy, medicinal, rosemary, thyme. Powdery dry palate. Leaves a weird numbing mouthfeel. Travlr (24930) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - APR 4, 2010
