75cl bottle @gastropub tuulensuu Tampere lot D, BBE 3.2012 Pours still clear with amber color. No head and very little carbonation. Taste is like dry fudge. Very similar to the experience of taking the magic berry tablets and eating a citrus fruit. For those who don’t know what I mean, the magic berry tablets block the receptors for sour taste in your mouth changing your palate significantly. This still has the same citrus taste, but without the sourness overpowering everything. This is a very likeable beer with very interesting aging going on. Very nice.

Pours cloudy golden color with no head. Aroma of spices, citrus fruits, yeast and apricot, mild honey notes also. Flavour of apricot, spices, strong lemon and yeast. Has some faint mead-like elements. The citrus seems to get stronger with the age as does the spicyness.

75 cl bottle @ Gastropub Nordic. Rated on 25.04.2011
Aroma has lots of citrus, some urinal cake and earthy notes. Flavour is sour and somewhat acidic with lots and lots of citrus. Also some urinal cake, earthy notes and hints of peppery spices.

When this came to Gastropubs, I had a fresh bottle of this. Since that the citrus aromas have grown even more stronger.
