Bottle. Pours a yellowy green with a large, white had. Aroma is citrus, fruity, some tea, strong perfume at times. Taste is strong, fermented fruit, some strong perfume, some green tea. Green tuttifrutti candy. Bergamot, slight lime.

Draft at the bridge. Pours light green with no head. doesn't leave any lacing in the glass. Faint hints of green tea on the nose. Big green tea on the tongue. Lingers a bit on the finish. It's an interesting beer though I don't know if is ever want another. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

@bartlebier’s weird beer tasting Apr/16 - definitely the Epitome of Weird. Smells like a freshly swaddled babybutt getting maybe more sublime after some sips, gearing down into bergamotte, a bit of lime. Tastes like bathfoam first then a bit of plumwine and grapes. Extra points for being weird, in an overall a bit too clumsy way.

Bottle. A hazy, kiwi green beer with a small, dense, white head. Typical Fantome aroma, yeasty and herbal, with a lemony hint and some spiced hints. It’s full to medium bodied, dry and nicely carbonated. Lightly herbal flavor, with some lemon and peppery yeast. Lasting lemony fruity finish with black pepper and a hint of yeast. Not looking good this one, funny, but not good looking. But it’s a very fine beer anyway. Typical Fantome.160409

UPDATED: MAR 23, 2016 On tap. Colore verde vetrato. Schiuma alta, bianca, soapy abbastanza fitta. Olfatto maltato con nota citrica, tè verde e uva. Carbonazione flat e vinosa.

Bottle at the barrel emptying night. Pours bright green, which was a shock. Green tea and saison yeast noise, light pepper. Taste is tannins, more green tea, sharp zing on the finish. Quite unique.

750ml Shelton bottle. Looks like puke green with a small head. Cork didn’t really come out easily. Smells nice. Lemons, cheese, bark, wheat and spice. Definite green tea taste. This has to be like 50% tea with straight up lemon juice. Very weak oily mouthfeel. It’s pretty strange. However, I’m going to finish the bottle.

Totally unique beer, the colour is amazing. There is an almost Brett hint to the aroma, and the finish is very dry. But the green colour dominates everything! Try it
