Wow, what an interesting beer! Courtesy of Greg and Niell from Richmond, thank you gentelemen. It looks, smells and tastes like green tea! I wasn’t sure that the combination would work, but it did. This was definitely a fun beer to drink.

Hazy grass green beer! Good white head. Light crisp palate, semi dry. Very light and pleasant sourness come sherbet. Light pale malt with a pinch of spice. Nice light touch of green tea! Trace of lemon - lime in the semi dry finish. Highly unusual and refreshing and tasty. Good job!

Papsoe (25059) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - FEB 29, 2012
Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of Ungstrup. Pours a hazy yellow with a slight tint of green - nowhere as green as shown on the picture! - and a white head. Odd fruity and perfumy aroma. Medium body, tart AND smoky!! Doesn’t really taste nothing like green tea what so ever. Another Fantôme gone terribly wrong - sadly. 290212
