Bottle. Slightly cloudy in the glass, in all the best (unfiltered) ways. Nice dense head, pours with a lot of carbonation, as would be expected. Surprising how much sweet, maltiness comes through, equally surprising how well this combines with the esters from the yeast. Slight sour flavor and aroma, but definitnely nothing very pronounced. Very tasty. Slightly oxidized - a little bit of chalkiness in the finish, but that’s probably just because this thing sat on a container ship the last 6 months of its existence. Tasty.

Barr, Copenhagen - (Thanks to our barman given freely) pours golden orange with a white head. Tart fruity and floral notes, citrus fruiity, yeasty, medium body, floral light grassy and fruity into the finish.
Bought @ Bierhalle Deconcinck Vichte.
Very fruity palate. The appearance is a firm whiter than white head. The aroma is fruity and herbal. A tad citric with spicy side. The taste is so rich and light at the same time. The palate is smooth and juicy. FinnIckler (884) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - NOV 4, 2017
Bottle at Moritz's. Nose is orange, citrus, honey, apricot. Palate is very juicy orange juice, citrus. Sweet finish. A bit of a juicy mess. But it is still tasty and refreshing MetalNHopHead (2182) - Lincoln, Nebraska, USA - OCT 28, 2017
Fantome has the recognizable golden, heady beauty and technical grace of other Farmhouse in its homeland, yet this Saison distinguishes itself with its crisp and brightly acidic fruit character. On the nose there's champagne-like esters with floral and earthy character. Cohesive yet complex flavor profile. Lemon, grassy grains, white pepper, clove, and very subtle tangy orange. The textures are just as lively as the appearance, and you can't call it delicate, but this brew feels soft on the palate. Superb all around. HuskerTan (2396) - Ravenna, Nebraska, USA - OCT 27, 2017
A- Citrus, spices, wheat,
A- Golden orange color, hazy liquid, white head.
T- Citrus, lemon, black pepper, spices, wheat, mild sourness.
P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish.
O- Great stuff. One of my favorite saisons to date. Very drinkable and refreshing. Lots of lemon and black pepper spices. Fairly complex and hard to distinguish any individual flavors. Good stuff.

From Cervezasespeciales. In Teku glass. Playing Ablepsia, then Space Pilgrim Episode 4. Very smooth feel. Really balanced, with light funk notes and plenty of pear and white grapes. Even champagne-like rodbod (435) - Motherwell, SCOTLAND - OCT 12, 2017
Catch up notes from a Rainbow Project tasting 2017-09-29. We added this one to the line up so we had an established classic beer to compare the contenders with.
nose: loads of spice – classic Belgian yeast notes
palate: rich, concentrated, spicy, yeasty, sweet candy malt.
conclusion: far too drinkable
