Backlog from our Fantome tasing in DC. Thanks for sharing this bottle Brad! Pours a cloudy pale orange with just a tiny bit of head. Nose is pretty indiscernible cold, but as it warms it opens up with light oregano and some straw. Flavor showed surprisingly bright citrus and a touch of sweetness along with a little bit or oregano again. Moderate mouthfeel, good acidity, lingering finish. We much preferred this to Sante X!, but it paled in comparison to the 11 w/ raspberries. Definitely a treat to try though. Huhzubendah (3705) - Washington DC, USA - MAR 5, 2016
Santé 1-19 vertical. Thanks Brad!
Transparent light golden body with a thin cap. Aromas of grass, floral and herbal notes. Much less vegetal and funky smelling than the previous Santé brews. Lovely flavor. Bright on the palate with orange, melon, grapefruit zest. Fruity, tangy, delicious. gunnfryd (14886) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - JUL 15, 2014

Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, citrus - lime tart, fruity, dry, funky, oregano notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
Pours thick golden orange with a white head and great sediment! Aroma brings the sweet white candi sugar, light green apple, and definitely oregano held up, uncanny! The flavor brings a nice subtle sweetness and gentle herbal flavor that has held up quite well for seven years! The carbonation is still right on for seven years old!

Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, oregano, black pepper, floral and some sourness. Taste is light sweet and light to medium sour with a long dry, sour and spicy finish. Body is light to medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.
Bottle, 75cl. A clear, golden beer with a small, off-white head. The aroma has lots of oregano, it’s herbal in a general way too. Some peppery notes and a touch of pale malts. Lemony too. It’s quite sourish and puckering on the palate, medium bodied and dry, with a soft carbonation level. There’s not as much herbs in the flavor as in the aroma, which is a good thing I think, as especially the oregano was too strong in the aroma. Anyway, it’s a pretty nice beer, but I think it would be challenging to finish a bottle on my own. 140301
