bottle. clear pale gold. citrus cannabis and floral lemon oil ester-heavy nose is very tropical and the spices (whatever they are, orange / lemon peel, pepper, etc.) dominate. sweet honey-lemon pilsner malt with medium-high acidity that would suggest time in oak (the vanillin too). alas, far too cloying, fusels show up when it opens, and the lemon oil notes come across like makeup bag / bathroom-cabinet.

Bottle, bought @ Etre Gourmet.
Pours clear golden with a small, creamy white film head. Aroma has spices, mint, crisp malts, pine, green grapes, lemon balm. Medium carbonation, dry and creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has mint, dryness, oak, crisp malts, orange peel. Wonderful balance, very dry finish.

Bottle, 12/1/2012. Pours brilliant golden orange, thin fizzy head burns away quickly, eventually a flat surface. Aroma carries strong tropical fruit notes, big passion fruit, reminds me of tropical life savers, incredibly juicy, sweet malts, with Fantome yeast, slight funk. Taste begins with similar fruitiness, additional notes of pear and apple, nice amount of barnyard, sharp spices and grassy hops, mildly sour malts, crisp finish. Medium light body. Pretty good.

Pour is a very hazy light orange with creamy white head. Nose is very marijuana like, specifically the aroma given off from nugs in a vaporizer. Also notes of cream up from and some juicy citrus in back. Taste is good, mashed cream and a touch of mint with a fair bit of orange citrus, fleshy, in back. Body is decent, full bodied and crisp highly carbonated finish and fairly dry.

750mL bottle, courtesy of julian, pours a clear golden yellow with a medium white head. Nose is full of cheese, very skunky, lots of weed and herbal hops, and a bit of white wine. Flavour is full of cheese, lots of barnyard funk, some moderate white wine notes and a bit of Belgian spices. Quite skunky, funky and cheesy. Very fucked up and delicious at the same time. The cheese dominates for me. Most excellent.

what the heck am I tasting here? Mint/herbal or green pepper of some kind? Citrus zest but it fades. seems like there is a grape note going on here. a miss for me. nope, it is sour apple candy that I am tasting. took the entire bottle for it to finally click what this is.

(Bottle) milkshake gold pour, wispy off-white bubbles. Nose of celery, earth, weird spice. Taste of cinnamon, alcohol, light Belgian yeast, celery and white wine. Well carbonated, but not a great Fantome for me.

gunnar (9694) - Sandnes, NORWAY - AUG 24, 2012
Bottle from Etre Gourmet webshop. Pours light cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma is herbal, light funky. Taste is fruity, with a distinct oaky woody bitterness at the end. Dry with lots of brett.

anders37 (26999) - Malmö, SWEDEN - AUG 17, 2012
