Bottle courtesy of drabmuh. Served in a fancy glass.

Pours a somewhat-hazy light peach color with a good, rocky white head and a nice amount of lacing. The nose carries some really nice stone fruits along with lemon and a bit of apple/pear. Slight sourness. The flavor really brings everything together with great wheat and a light sourness. Fruit rounds everything out. Beautiful body with a dry finish. Excellent brew.

750 ml bottle. A cloudy medium blonde/orange beer, with a large, frothy/fizzy, lightly lacing, almost fully lasting white head. The aroma is lightly to moderately malty (bread, hay), moderately hoppy (grapefruit, lemon, flowers, apricot), lightly to moderately yeasty (barnyard), with strong notes of tangerines, oranges and peaches, other notes of pepper and some kind of herbs like basil, mint, etc. The flavor is moderately sweet, moderately acidic, lightly bitter. Medium body, velvety texture, lively/fizzy carbonation, dry and very long finish with moderate bitterness. Fabulous. The most pure delightful and fruity aroma since I don’t remeber when. Some odd spices/herbs as usual for Fantome, but this beer is mainly about intensity of aromas and tastes. One of the best from Dany, ever...

Bottle thanks to GRG1313. Pours with a hazed golden hue with practically no head. Aromas are hop forward, lightly grassy and dank. Medium alcohol, weed, and a bit vegital. Mildly spicy. Flavors are grassy, bready, corky, malty, medium esters, weed, citric and citrus pith. Lively bubbles. Quite dry.

Bottle shared by Lushawn. Orange-golden color. A bit of haze. Aroma is strongly of pine needles, has a sharp resiny bite to it, could be hops but if so not like any hoppy aroma I’ve experienced. Maybe a touch of underlying anise is bringing out that sharpness. Flavor is pine and fruit. Citrusy in every way. Tangerine and lemon. Some sort of fresh herb. Thyme, or basil. Big and bright on the tongue. Light bitterness in the finish does a great job of bringing out other favors. A touch of licorice in the finish. Off the charts complexity typical of a Fantome beer. Light straw barnyard funk accenting the sharp acidity. Each element is well integrated together, playing off one another. Too many good things to say about this. Incredible stuff.
