Completely flat pour, amber in color, and no head. The nose is just off. Cider, plastic, and green vegetables all the way on the nose. Mild malt and yeast notes, a little bit funky and perfumey. The flavor is no better. The vegetal character is more pronounced and the beer is just lifeless and bland. t0rin0 (88) - Do Not Resuscitate, California, USA - APR 29, 2012
2x 330ml bottles at Fantome-a-thon 2012. SuzyGreenberg (1603) - Seattle, Washington, USA - MAR 15, 2012
Pours hazy orange, off white head, about on par with most of the saisons that I’ve seen. Aroma is- whoah what is that, cabbage? Cooked vegetables, beans, weird, no thanks. Also a touch of barnyard and a hint of lemon. Flavor is much of the same. I opened both 330ml bottles and they were the same.
330 ml bottle; thanks to grownfool for the hookup; pours hazy orange with thin white head along the edges; rosemary, lemony malt, a little pepper, lettuce; some spelt, rice and stale malt; honey too with slight musky mouthfeel; love the texture on this but flavor profile is a little bland; smooth, almost chewy with lemon juice, very mild vegi, almost no spice; interesting fonefan (50752) - VestJylland, DENMARK - MAR 6, 2012

Clear medium orange colour with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, horse blanket, leather, barnyard. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration, oxidide, sweet malt, sour, brett, peppery notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
Bottle courtesy of drabmuh. Served in a Fantome tulip.
Pours a nice golden-peach color with a good head and a bit of lacing on the way down. Collar throughout. The nose carries plenty of tropical fruits, pineapple, and some light acidity. A bit of earthy funk, but the focus is mainly on the fruit. Taste is similar, but not quite as integrated as the nose. Mouthfeel is light and fairly-crisp, though the finish is a bit old and musty. Still quite good, however. Really a nice brew.

Bottle. A murky/muddy dark orange to light brown beer, with a minimal and almost fully disappearing white head. The aroma is lightly malty (toated grain), moderately yeasty (barnyard, mold, basement, earth/mushrooms), with notes of pepper/spices, vegetables hint of citrus, perhaps some mint and licorice. The flavor is moderately sweet, moderately sour, lightly bitter. Medium body, watery texture, soft/flat carbonation, quite long finish with moderate bitterness. Odd, funky and quite good drinkable for its age. Would have liked to try it fresher. Dedollewaitor (16359) - Odense, DENMARK - JAN 28, 2012
