3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
330mL thanks to Travlr. Pours a muddy deep orange tamarind fruit color with no head really. Scant lace. Lemon liquor aroma with heavy perfume and orange potpourri. Adds notes of old barleywine. Odd taste. Chalky with old perfume and potpourri. Mild black pepper in finish. Decent. Mildly tart finish. Another Fantome oddity but no masterpiece. Has overtones of orange mint and barleywine toffee notes.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle: Poured a murky dark beige color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma consists of light spices and loads of funky notes. Taste is a mix between some light spices and a semi-sweet Belgian malt base with some weird funky notes. Body is quite full with good carbonation. This beer has unfortunately seen better days though still quite an interesting experience overall.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle at a tasting at James’ place. Pours a hazy, murky, and somewhat milky beige brown with a thin white head. Soft peach, bright yeast, musky and lightly funky, raisins and a hint of sour candy. Lemony after a bout with dusty musk and yeast. Spicy with some light sweetness on the finish. Very nice.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Cloudy, darker blond beer with a big disappearing head. The aroma is very ripe oranges. My wife says rotten, but it cannot be since I kind of like it. Light citrus-fruity spicy taste. A bit sweet but with distinct bitterness. Dry bitter orange aftertaste. Well balanced and odd. Fun.
