Nip. Thanks suzy! Hazy medium amber with loose gray head. Musty, moldy nose. Maybe zucchini aromatics? Crisp light body. Musty vegetal mid palate. Pleasant and interesting but very slight flavor profile.

Bottle at a tasting at James’ place. Pours a hazy, murky, and somewhat milky beige brown with a thin white head. Soft peach, bright yeast, musky and lightly funky, raisins and a hint of sour candy. Lemony after a bout with dusty musk and yeast. Spicy with some light sweetness on the finish. Very nice.

Bottle. A murky/muddy dark orange to light brown beer, with a minimal and almost fully disappearing white head. The aroma is lightly malty (toated grain), moderately yeasty (barnyard, mold, basement, earth/mushrooms), with notes of pepper/spices, vegetables hint of citrus, perhaps some mint and licorice. The flavor is moderately sweet, moderately sour, lightly bitter. Medium body, watery texture, soft/flat carbonation, quite long finish with moderate bitterness. Odd, funky and quite good drinkable for its age. Would have liked to try it fresher.

Bottle courtesy of drabmuh. Served in a Fantome tulip. Pours a nice golden-peach color with a good head and a bit of lacing on the way down. Collar throughout. The nose carries plenty of tropical fruits, pineapple, and some light acidity. A bit of earthy funk, but the focus is mainly on the fruit. Taste is similar, but not quite as integrated as the nose. Mouthfeel is light and fairly-crisp, though the finish is a bit old and musty. Still quite good, however. Really a nice brew.

Bottle @ Scott’s Summer Saison tasting. Thanks so much Scott! Brownish orange appearance with a small white head. A bit oxidized, tangy citrusy lemonly sour aroma. Tangy, slightly vinous, bready, lemon citrusy flavor. Held up pretty well.
