hopscotch (11101) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - DEC 11, 2015
Bottle... Pours hazy and yellow with a slightly green tint (a la Strange Ghost) and a small, creamy, white head. Good retention. The nose is smoky, bready and slightly lemony - nothing overblown, everything subtle. Medium-bodied with kicked-back carbonation. The flavor is bready, lightly lemony and mildly bitter. Lingering, yeasty, bitter finish. Bottle courtesy of darkguardian!

75cl bottle. It pours a deep golden color with a medium off-white head. Aroma is estery and grainy, lightly sweet and boozy with noets of caramel, funk, earth, banana. Taste is more sweet fruity and estery yeasty notes of melon, caramel, banana, Medium bodied with good carbonation. Overall, meh

750, swingtop. Pours a murky pinkish amber with no head. Oranges and tangerines on the nose. Creamy medium body with soft carb. Tangy nectarines and oranges on the mid palate. Mild tangy finish.

Intressant.

gyllenbock (9177) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - JUN 7, 2015
Bottle from Etre Gourmet, bought a couple of years ago. Hazy orange/yellow with a large white head. Aroma and taste of herbs, "plastic" and some light smoke. Thin and with well hidden alcohol. Drinkable but a bit strange.

@ Gyllenbock 15-6-6; en mycket speciell doft av örter och gummi/plast. Smaken är like udda och kanske inte riktigt trevlig. Lite touch av tjära. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone ---- Soberness not garanteed!

Bottle @ home..brewed marts 2013... It pours hazy yellow with a large white head...sour bread, herbs, orange, hay, grain, dusty, leather and yeast.... nice ... but thin palate, if this keeps 8 % alc ..well hidden.... this i Belgian for sure! ... a bit thin though of a Belgian brew.. imo....

[6610-20140815] Bottle. Smoked plastic lemon aroma. Slightly hazy, pale orange body with a medium-lasting foamy white head. Smoked lemon grass plastic flavour. Medium body. Interesting. (6/4/7/3/13) 3.3

75CL bought in Belgium in Ghent I think. enjoyed @ 55F (cellar temp) in stemware split 2 ways. huge cork pop, small gush but nothing crazy. beautiful clear yellow with a 4 finger pillow like fluffy head. Nose is graham cracker, brett, cedar chips and ginger. Nicemouthfeel from the bottle conditioning, a lot of spice on this one like drinking peppered vodka and a ton of cedar, mulch, pine cone. Very much like a spicy salad w/ wood added. very little funk. I’m not a fan of this one.
