Pale gold, bubbly, seriously dry. Richly aromatic, suggesting myriad fruits of the earth, and the earth itself, with a complex, palate-cleansing balance of fruitiness, astringency, and acid. Alcohol content 7.5% by volume. Full cork closure, 750 ml. bottle. Delicious with many foods, much as the driest champagne can be.

Bottle sample at the source. The beer is a clear gold with a fizzy white head that fizzes out quick. Dry, herbal, earthy apples. Dry and a bit funky.

Poured from a 750ml bottle. The aroma never gets dull, I poured a glass and left it for several hours while working and when I came back there was still notes of apple flesh, dried apples, spices. The flavor is dry apple skin, green apple. Nice cider.

Bottle. Clear straw with a quickly disappearing mostly clear head. Dry apple skin, tart, very dry, moderate carbonation and body, makes me want more dry cider!

Sour apple aroma. A bubbly clear amber colored body. Dry with a bold but sweet character. Tart on the tongue Enjoyable and will warm you up on those cool autumn nights.

Rated on 6-28-2009 (Corked and caged bottle) This cider pours a small very fizzy white head that quickly dissipated, transparent yellow body, fizzy, lively, and fast rising carbonation. The Aroma is sweet, tart, earthy, apples and fruity. The Taste is sweet, lightly acidic, tart, apples, and fruity. The finish is very dry and clean. The Palate is very dry and this cider is medium bodied. This cider is a bit too sweet and tart tasting for my liking and this is not one of the better ciders that I have rated.

C&C 750 mL bottle from Beer Run. Pours a clear vibrant golden color with lots of carbonation that keeps a thin head afloat for a bit. Aroma of very sweet apples with a light tartness and some faint vanilla. The taste is dry apples, tart and slightly vinous with a slight Concord grape thing going on. Medium bodied, crisp.

deyholla (12251) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - FEB 24, 2013
Sampled at the 2013 Chicago Cider Summit. Pours a clear light gold with no head whatsoever. Aroma has a real nice full dry apple note with a bit of sweetness coming in. Aroma is much more dry with a good amount of earthy apple and a strong dry finish.
