Flat..obviously. Picked up 2 weeks ago @ Farnum Hill. light yellow pour. Smells nice, light with honey, sweeter apples and pear with grapes. light mouthfeel, dry finish. not too sweet. has a lot of grape, oak and pear notes. crossovert (14038) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - AUG 26, 2014
750ml bottle. A pretty damn dry cidre that has a tannic bite, presumably from lack of carbonation, woucl like to try the carbonated version. MicroGrog (469) - FT: Stale Polotmavý in Queens, New York, USA - DEC 12, 2013

Bottle at Jimmy43s. Stemmed wine glass. The bacon grease nearly vented from the surrounding airs.
Moody lighting at the bar leads me to believe that this clear, golden cider might just be a bit fainter.
Smell is of tin-y apples, unripened fruit & green peppers, citrus rind, big acidity, grain.
Taste is initially mellow, building to a quietly lingering acidity. Void of any real tartness. Thick/husky, apple peels & drying, mildly bitter core. Browned apples. Salad greens. Missing that suckling dry finish.
Texture is more runny then thin. Quiet alcohol.
Very hard for me to enjoy crazy dry still ciders without them having some other note, like a little barrel, odd florals, or just a little more sugar to make the fruit pop.
Apple aroma, with an oh-so subtle hint of chocolate and funk that is barely perceptible. Crystal clear yellow, no carbonation. Dry and slightly blitter, slightly tart. Apple initially with apple core at midpalate. Oak and twigs throughout. Not dissimilar to a Chardonnay in its earthiness. Some pleasant astringency with a still mouthfeel make it velvety smooth on the palate. I at times feel like I just don’t like dry cider, but I attribute that to the fact that there are so many bad ones on the market. This, I like. jredmond (8787) - New York, New York, USA - OCT 21, 2012
Sampled with Linh at 61 Local in Brooklyn during NYC cider week 2012. Somewhat plain, typical apple flavors both in aroma and flavor. Somewhat dry.

Bottle. Pours a clear gold. Big sweet apples on the nose, candy soft, soft apple flesh. Medium bodied, much drier than the nose would indicate. Thins out a bit, somewhat empty. Very dry, lightly acidic apple. Tart finish, dry, with some warming alcohol on the back end. Jblauvs (1357) - Chester, Vermont, USA - MAR 24, 2011
Straw pour with no head. Aroma is sweeter apple with some floral aromatics, a bit of earthiness. Mouth feel is a bit thin, no carb. Not a huge fan of the still ciders, a little effervescence can go a long way. Flavor is apple, a bit of earthy funk, some good acid at the finish. Ok, but again, not a fan of still ciders. (750ml bottle thanks to bu11zeye) still gold, decent glass coating. Nose of sweet apple, very light florals. Taste of sweet and very tart apples, not acidic, braeburn apples, very thin body nice palate linger though. Dinged it a bit for being so thin. bu11zeye (13239) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - NOV 24, 2010
(750ml bottle) Pours a clear pale yellow body with a spare bubbly rim. Aroma of apple, butter, and earthiness. Flavor of sweet, somewhat tart apple and Band-Aid with a dry finish.
