Bright, light yellow. Fresh, fruity and altogether clean aroma. Quite tart, with notes of apple skin and tannin. Bright on the palate with more apple complexity than the Semi-Dry. Very tart finish - fresh & fruity character is quenching indeed. argo0 (14127) - Washington DC, USA - JUL 5, 2009
(2nd Shenandoah Throwdown, 750ml bottle, thanks wickedpete) Still straw body with quickly dissipating white head. Aroma is medium sweet, crisp apple, some tartness. Taste is medium sweet, apple, some apple juice, faint seltzer. Light body, light carbonation. bu11zeye (13029) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - JAN 25, 2010
(750ml bottle) Pours a clear pale yellow body with a spare white head. Aroma of apple, band-aid, and earth. Flavor of apple and earthiness with a dry wood finish. Refreshing. crossovert (12670) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - AUG 26, 2014
750ml bottle. Pretty nice cidre but an interesting abv to call it a summer beer because I don’t want to be THAT buzzed while sititng in the sun. It is crisp, acidic, nice bright tart apple, not a moldy tasitng cidre. j12601 (11175) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - NOV 22, 2009
On tap at Rattle n Hum. Pours a clear straw yellow with a medium sized white head that vanishes almost immediately. Dry apple, little bit of champagne yeast, somewhat sweet fruit. Thin, somewhat watery. Little bit of a dry hay note, rather empty overall. Dried out a bit too much.

Bottle @ home. Filtered, clear, golden orange appearance with no head. Slightly toasty, apple pulpy, mildly dry, vinous aroma. Lightly sour, sweet, toasty apple flavor with a mild to moderately finish. Slightly vinous. Kind of a weird toasty flavor. JoeMcPhee (9426) - Toronto, ON, Ontario, CANADA - NOV 2, 2006
UPDATED: APR 12, 2007 Pale straw colour, spritzy carbonation, quite clean and appley in the nose. Light malic acid, a touch of dustiness and some alcohol all make an appearance. Flavour is pretty well-balanced. Very dry on the finish with some light apple skin tannic character. Tart and slightly leathery, both of which intensify as the cider warms a bit. A bit less refined than the semi-dry cider, but it’s still quite good. blipp (9175) - La Mesa, California, USA - NOV 24, 2009
Draft. Pours yellow gold with a thin bubbly head. Light apple aroma with just a hint of sweetness. The flavor has a light apple sweetness, with a nice dry almost tart hint. Decent. jredmond (8206) - New York, New York, USA - AUG 26, 2009
Draft at Rattle N Hum in NYC. It pours a clear orange body with white lacing. The aroma is apple. The flavor is champagne mouthfeel, with apple flavor, no alc present at all. Great cider. BMan1113VR (7931) - Los Angeles, California, USA - OCT 24, 2009
Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours with a really light head that fades and a clear golden body. Some legs, surprisingly. Aroma of cork, apple and light horse. Taste is dry and delicate apples with light acidity. Nicely balanced and easy to drink. Medium carb and dry finish (as it should). Very nice.
