Draught at Luitpold Cafe, Bamberg, Germany. Poured a golden colour with a two-finger white foamy head that collapsed quickly but laced OK. Moderate carbonation with small bubbles forming trails. Aroma of malt and earthy hops. Taste of sweet malt fading to a slight hops bitterness. Light body. Finish a bit sour. Ordinary. DruncanVeasey (8260) - Nr NUNEATON, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - MAR 6, 2013
UPDATED: MAR 7, 2013 500ml bottle. Slim-headed brilliant gold. Fizz, honey, peanut, boiled corn aroma becoming grassy. Grassy with hints of dried curry leaf, popcorn, bread stick, monkey nut. Ultimately an aromatic, clipped, new-mown lagerdom reigns. Peanut and Butterkist if you go digging. Fine lager and another winner from the polystyrene-chipped, partitioned Beermerchants box of joy. bartlebier (4118) - Belchium im Biersgau, GERMANY - JAN 21, 2013
draught at the Brewery + 50cl bottles - Very decent Pilsener, especially drom draught. Fresh grassy/strawy hops, citrus and honey aromas in a malt-forward center, lingering bitterness, light-medium palate. Great thirst quencher and go-to option @Fässla (rather than their Helles). Some more dusty/cardboard malt qualities and slight alcoholic notes in the bottle version. inbirraveritas (1611) - Budapest, HUNGARY - DEC 2, 2012

Draught @ the brewery. Clean, crisp, bready, somewhat sweet... like sweet honey bread. Long bitterness in the aftertaste. Flowery. cubs (10693) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - JUN 30, 2012
Tap @ Fassla. Clear golden appearance with a white head. Crisp, quite pils grainy, grassy aroma. Glowing pils malty, rich, soapy, straw flavor. Jonb5 (562) - Greater London, ENGLAND - APR 27, 2012
On tap, served into half litre pils glass. Pale colour, large foamy head, clear. Noble hop smell, fairly fresh, reminded me of a north german pils. Tasted a nice balanced hoppy bitterness, nutty aftertaste. Mouthfull had a bit of fiz but was easy to drink. Standard refreshing pils, more like something you find in north germany.
