caesar (7133) - Bunnik/Utrecht, NETHERLANDS - JUL 20, 2007
Tap at the brewery. Clear golden/yellow color, short white head. Smelly aroma of skunky german hop, floral. Bit sharp taste, quite bitter. Slight sour, metallic.

Borresteijn (7016) - Zaandam, NETHERLANDS - MAY 17, 2011
On tap at In de Wildeman. Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma of skunky hops, pale malts. Flavour is light sweet, light malty, bitter, grassy but also a bit skunky bitter finish. Light bodied. Perhaps not in prime condition, but I didn’t like this.

McTapps (6889) - Reutlingen, GERMANY - DEC 5, 2014
Bottle from Fristo Getränkemarkt in Bamberg. The beer has got a clear deep golden colour with an steady low head and medium body. Aroma of hops and straw, followed by a taste of mild, yet bitter hops, light malt, bread, barley, grass and mild citrus fruits. Refreshing and easy drinkable with quite a high carbonation. Good and solid beer.

KnutAlbert (6754) - Oslo, NORWAY - OCT 28, 2011
Bottle from Fränkische Botschaft. Crisp, hoppy beer, nice cereal body. Hoppy bitterness with a slightly hars edge, light years away from standard industrial lagers. Pale gold.

Braudog (6710) - Yorktown, Virginia, USA - DEC 11, 2011
Draft at the brewpub, more than one to cap a glorious day of beer hunting in Bamberg. This a tight, golden brew, with a taut Teutonic character. Good enough to keep drinking while making new friends. (#4394, 12/2/2011)

Pailhead (6539) - Rochester Hills, Michigan, USA - SEP 5, 2016
On tap: The aroma consists of mild sweet cereal notes, grass, and a hint of lemon. It’s a transparent gold with a large white head that fades to a thin film outlined by a slightly thicker ring There is some sporadic soapy webbing left on the sides of the glass. The flavor starts with mild cereal notes and a hint of honey. The finish has light-moderate grass with just a hint of lemon. It’s light bodied with light-moderate carbonation.

MichaelAwesome (6519) - Wanne-Eickel, GERMANY - DEC 5, 2014
Gute Sache !

Nice light yellow beer witha good crisp bite. A decent flavor, with a shapr finish. Pretty good. Stayed the night here.

kappldav123 (6100) - GERMANY - NOV 3, 2008
The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Very zippy, but not much foam. Hoppy and sweet aroma. Starts a bit moldy, but still spicy and aromatic. Good balanced finish. Good beer!
