Bottle. Golden coloured with a frothy white head that left plenty of lacing down the glass. Aroma of sweetish malt, honey and grassy hops. Flavour was sweet, with some apricot fruit and a slightly spicy hop finish. Pretty good.

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Very zippy, but not much foam. Hoppy and sweet aroma. Starts a bit moldy, but still spicy and aromatic. Good balanced finish. Good beer!

bottle. Clear pale yellow. White head. Malty background with nice hoppy flavours. Unspectacular but quite decent.

Beer No. 106 on my tour through Austria, Germany and Denmark.
Draught at the brewpub. Pale golden coloured, small to medium sized white head, malty nose. Malty, grainy and slight herbal with dry hoppy finish. Easy-drinkable beer.

UPDATED: AUG 29, 2014 Alla spina, pils discreta anche se un pò timida. Aroma erbaceo finale non molto intenso. non indimenticabile

courtesy of Hans-Jörg Leuenberger - clear and bright golden beer with no head retention; grassy and a bit urine-like hoppy aroma; a good malt body, gently sticky, moderate carbonation and decently bitter; long fresh grassy hoppy finish with light corny notes

culchiem (3971) - Berlin, GERMANY - AUG 9, 2014
Draught in Strullendorf. Gold with a thin head. Aroma is grainy malt. Flavour is sweet malt with a bitter honey finish. Lingering bitterness on the palate.

Rune (12743) - Tromsø, NORWAY - OCT 21, 2014
500ml vom Fass at the brewpub – and a few more during our stay at the guesthouse. Chalk white head disappearing over a crystal clear golden coloured body. Herbal hops and pale malty smell. Mid-sweet pale malty flavours mixed with noble bitter hops towards the ending. Fine bodied. Clean and refreshing. Decent pils (first drink on a trip to Bamberg 09.10.2014).
