UPDATED: NOV 20, 2015 Draught at Fässla. Clear golden brown body. Aroma of nuts and caramel. Light body and medium carbonation. Medium sweet and slighty bitter. dwyerpg (6180) - Las Vegas, Nevada, USA - SEP 9, 2010
I most of received a bad one, as this was the second to last beer of my Bamberg birthday bash and I found this to be the worst as well. This smells bad of rancid butter and milk, or rancid buttermilk. Flavorwise it was much of the same. Tons of funk. The finish is the only thing that makes this beer tolerable. Appearance : Clear yellow with a medium fluffy and creamy head. Nice lacing.
Aroma : Herbal and flowery hops with malt. Slightly grainy. Light honey.
Taste : Malt and slight herbal hops. Notes of honey. Finish a bit grainy with notes of honey. Palate is thin. Enjoyable carbonation.
Overall : Nice beer but still nothing very original or to be remembered.

Much like the Gold-Pils but with less hops, a bit lighter and less hoppy. The last thing makes me wonder why I liked it a bit better. Still a boring beer.
Clear golden with a medium white head. Sweet malty aroma with caramel and yeasty notes. Flavour was sweet and malty and had caramel, hops and peachy notes. altonbrownd (5897) - Chevy Chase, Maryland, USA - JUL 30, 2009
Bottle at Wildeman. Medium copper body with thick head. Sweet nose. Quite watery composure. Taste of malts, and caramel. Dry finish. Dedollewaitor (16158) - Odense, DENMARK - JUL 16, 2009
50cl bottle @ Bamberg. Pours clear copper with a small white head. Sweet notes of grain, caramel, fresh hay and hops. Taste is sweet of bread, caramel and hayish malts. Medium and smooth body. Diacetyl perhaps - but tasty and quaffable. oh6gdx (26488) - Vasa, FINLAND - JUL 2, 2009
Bottled. Deep golden colour, not much head. Aroma is hops, grain, some caramel and other strange sweet notes as well. Flavour is quite much the same along with some mild diacetylic notes Oakes (17642) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 1, 2009
Light dull copper. Has a bland butter/caramel aroma. Light caramel taste, a bit sweet in the finish. Not really all that worthwhile to begin with and the diacetyl doesn’t help.
