Delicious maltiness, a bit doughlike, fruity components too. Everything underlined with nice hops.
Dark red amber, nice creamy head.
Fruit, hops and funky malts and a delicious bitterhop finish plus.
Nice body, refreshing slightly fizzy mouthfeel.
Yum, I liked this one obviously.

The quality of the beers here is undeniable and the patrons are blood loyal to their local brews, and were intrigued and very welcoming to anyone from abroad. We hardly bought a single drink and were denied the right to shout a round.
This one presented well, quite sparsely carbonated, a deep gold with a big soapy, thick white crown that laced well. Lovely, robust, toasted and nutty malt nose, biscuity, with some well-placed fragrant, floral hop tones that add just a little zing. In the mouth it is malty and well layered, and quite big in body for style becoming heavy in the stomach as the stein neared empty. Big, toasted Munich malts dominate the palate, hints of warm, fresh baked bread, Anzac biscuits and salted peanuts. All fades into balance some lovely, peppery, herbal hops that add spice and zest before a softly bitter swallow that was remarkably short. This is great stuff. Beautifully crafted like the Pils, but just not as sessionable. I still really liked it. Good for a starter. Another solid offering from Fässla.

Tap @ Fassla. Dark golden appearance with a white head. Straw, hay, grainy, light husky aroma. Crisp, easy to drink, grainy, rich malty, straw flavor. Nice.
