Just a tremendous foam, lasting long. Light brown color. Unusual aroma - very fruity, clove, floral, yeah even plums. Interesting taste - roasted, dough, wheat. Light body, creamy texture and a long finish with an average carbonation. Nice.

Brown color, hazy, medium head. Not intensive notes of banana and dark fruits in aroma. Light body, medium carbonation.

Säuerlicher Antrunk, der Körper ist röstig brotig und stark perlend. Für ein dunkles Weizen sehr schlank.

Sødlig og velafbalanceret. Lidt syrlig i den, og med lidt prikken på tungen. En god og læskende øl.

Looks like a Dunkelweizen is supposed to look like. Aroma is surprisingly fruity and vineous, plums, strawberries, some yeastiness and nuttiness. Taste is malty, fruity, again with plums. Silky mouthfeel. An interesting Dunkelweizen.

djoeye (5511) - Tromsø, NORWAY - JUL 30, 2015
Look; slow-gusher out of the spout, making a huge diminishing fawn head upon a near clear copperish body, poor lacing. Aroma; lots of fruity dark malts, caramel, dough, dark bread, plums, peels, faint notes of wommit and barnyard. Taste; wheat malts, coriander, ripe bananarama, clove, lemon note, grass, white bread. Finishes sweet. Feels sweet, slightly sticky. Overall very tasty actually. [50cl brown bottle 5%abv BB05-10-2015 [email protected]]

Pours a murky brown color. Bread, caramel, grainy, citrus, spice and earthiness.

Poured havy dark brown with a foamy tan head. Aroma of spices, caramel malt and mixed fruit. Light to medium body, flavour of cinnamon, banana, light nutty bitterness.
