UPDATED: SEP 22, 2014 Alla spina. Birra e birrificio meno convincente di Bamberga. anche se si respira comunque grande passione. Aroma di nocciola, caramella mou, frutta secca. Al palato di nuovo caramella mouin evidenza ed una nota legnosa.

Bottle 50cl. Clear amber brown color, small sizzling creamy off-white head, disappears rather quickly, thin layer remains, fair lacing; rich aroma of roasted malts, bread, brown sugar, licorice, some fruity notes, touch of coffee; taste medium sweet and slightly bitter, roasted malts, bit of coffee; medium to full body, oily to creamy texture, soft carbonation; finish is mild bittersweet, hint of chocolate, bit peppery, roasty maltiness lingers on. Bit strong for a dunkel, but I don’t mind...
