Beershine (5224) - VANCOUVER, British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 21, 2009
Bottle from brewery. Dark coppery-brown and clear. Aroma is subdued toasted malt, with some herbal notes. Drinkable enough with soft carbonation. Nice toasted malt qualities with not a lot of sweetness. Just a mellow, dry, drinkable marzen-like brew. Thin but has a nice finish I like.

thebeertourist (5189) - Oslo, NORWAY - NOV 1, 2006
Bottle at the brewery. Clear copper-coloured with a small white head. Neutral malts aroma. sweet malty flavours, balanced by grassy hoppiness. A bit boring, actually.

flasche. Amber to red color. crystal clear. a bit sweet with a drying finish. slight peppery hop like finish. Flavor follows through finish, like a vienna with some more late hops. Slightly rich malt flavor

Hildigöltur (5104) - København, DENMARK - AUG 1, 2003
This is a very nice beer. Surprisingly full flavoured for being a bottom fermented brew. It has lots of everything.

djoeye (5083) - Tromsø, NORWAY - JUL 30, 2015
Look; fawn head and clear copper body. Aroma; brown malts, malted candies, plum bowl, prune notes, leafy hops, caramel, dough, bread. Taste; dark caramel, malts, plum peel, grassy notes, grainy bread, and goes into a oily malty finish. Normal body and soft carbonation. Quite tasty fruity, as a good polotmawy. Pours a deep dark brown. Aromas of roasted malts, smoke, and hints of fruit. Flavors of the roasted malts, some fruit, with a coffee aftertaste.

OleR (4804) - Oslo, NORWAY - JUL 26, 2011
0.5L bottle @Plan B, shared with larsga, Rune and GrOve. A lightly tanned head over a clear copper colored body. Slight metallic, dusty/papery hops and dry caramelly dark malts in the aroma. Medium sweet and medium full malt body. Caramel tones, and some fine earthy and grassy hops. Dry, bitterish ending. A decent Dunkel.

sic1314 (4775) - Leiden, NETHERLANDS - DEC 10, 2013
Poured medium amber with a healthy off white head. Aroma of sickly sweet fruit and caramel malt. Medium body, flavour is a muted version of the aroma. Bitter sweet end.

RichardGretton (4772) - Leicestershire, ENGLAND - JAN 13, 2011
Bottle. Dark brown beer with a strongish head. The aroma is malty, and the flavour is roasted, and bitter with a malty finish. Overall a reasonable well flavoured malty and roasted beer.
