Bottled: Chestnut brown color, small head. Aroma is malty, light alcoholic, acid touch and hints of almond. Flavor is light sweet and malty, acid notes and a citrus/herbal hop finish. Roasty. Astringent end with herbal bitterness. Quite bitter and herbal Dunkles, boring. Vaiz (4460) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - APR 27, 2011
Bottle at home. Clear coppy pour, thin creamy off-white head. Aroma is swampy and with some spicy malts. Flavor is slightly sweet, somewhat roasted, somewhat bitter in the finish and quite clean. Drinkable, yet a bit boring brew. Grzesiek79 (4300) - Radom, POLAND - JAN 22, 2012
cereal, grass, bread, herbs, basement aromas, citrus, cooked vegetables, banana, pale, clear, frothy, rocky head, heavy cloying sweetness, very bitter, heavily sour, creamy, full body, bitter, FlacoAlto (4182) - Tucson, Arizona, USA - AUG 13, 2003
A nice pleasing brown color to it. This beer has a nice subtle malty sweetness to it that is followed by a mild hop bite to it, that I found quite refreshing on this particular occasion. My beer sodden taste buds thought there was a hint of smokiness to this beer as well. Nekronos (4175) - Xalapa, MEXICO - MAR 19, 2011
A evry nice one. Dark and creamy. very nice spots and foam too. Refreshing and interesting.

Bottle, at the brewery tap. Deep amber bronze, almost chestnut colour. Good lasting off white head and moderate condition. Gentle mix of caramel malt and hop resin in the nose, Gentle toffee and caramel malt with some hop notes developing in the mouth. Starts sweet in the finish then becomes chalky dry with a touch of roasted barley.
rickgordon (3878) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - AUG 11, 2008
Dark copper colour. Fresh malty aroma with bit of hops sensed. Solid, bready maltiness with hop presence and slight caramel touch. A very clean and tasty beer. abemorsten (3616) - Mosterøy, NORWAY - JUN 7, 2013
500 ml bottle kindly shared by gunnar. Pours a Caramel golden body with a white film. Leaves a fair amount of lacing. Aroma of wet wool. Smooth. Grows in the mouth. Tastes like boiled carrots with a stale bitteness.
