Nose is tangy fruit, bitter notes, brown sugar.
Taste comprises toffee, earthy notes, nutty, caramel fudge.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation.

Bottle from Getränkemarkt Fristo in Bamberg. The beer pours out in a deep dark brown colour with low steady head and medium body. Aroma of malt and dark roasted wheat. Bottle (Vroni’s Bamberg): Amber to brown coloured, thin lacing head; sweetish malty nose, a touch of coffee and roasted malts, some fruitiness; soft texture, mild dry malty taste; also mild malty and only very shy bitter (chocolatey) finish; rather light bodied for a brew of 6% ABV. Well quaffable, though.....
