alright. not really that schwarz and with only faint rauchiness............. Mads Langtved (2243) - Copenhagen K, DENMARK - JUN 10, 2003
A bit anonymous. The taste you get is a nice combination between malts and hops. Nice balanced. Zwergla means dwarf. pivnizub (10666) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - OCT 12, 2005
Bottle (Vroni’s Bamberg): Amber to brown coloured, thin lacing head; sweetish malty nose, a touch of coffee and roasted malts, some fruitiness; soft texture, mild dry malty taste; also mild malty and only very shy bitter (chocolatey) finish; rather light bodied for a brew of 6% ABV. Well quaffable, though..... ganache (5955) - New Jersey, USA - AUG 9, 2006
Bottle. Aroma of slight veggies, somewhat weak, slight fruitiness. Some malt but not a lot. Pours dark amber, almost nut-brown, eggshell head. Taste of dark malts, a little sweet caramel, light hops (this is essentially a Dunkel). Thick, prickly, slightly oily feel, medium body, and a dry, dark aftertaste. Faint fruitiness. Not bad for a session, but this one needed more punch. Storm (2684) - Amager, DENMARK - AUG 23, 2006
Bottle. Dark clear amber colour with a little head. Soft aroma with notes of caramel. Also soft sweet flavour with hints of rostedness and caramel. Very light and easy to drink.

50 cl bottle at Zly Casy, on May 23, 2009Beershine (5224) - VANCOUVER, British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 21, 2009
Clear dark copper color, fluffy tan head. Sweet malty scent. Sweet malty taste. Medium mouthfeel, low bitterness.
Bottle from brewery. Dark coppery-brown and clear. Aroma is subdued toasted malt, with some herbal notes. Drinkable enough with soft carbonation. Nice toasted malt qualities with not a lot of sweetness. Just a mellow, dry, drinkable marzen-like brew. Thin but has a nice finish I like. Dedollewaitor (16176) - Odense, DENMARK - JUL 17, 2009
50cl bottle @ Bamberg. Pours amber/copper with a small creamy head on top. Some roast, bread, caramel and quite a lot of grain that shines through. Medium and smooth palate. Ends dry. OK
