COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask & Bottle conditioned; Regular.
A classic mid-brown coloured strong bitter, with a markedly bitter finish from the generous use of Styrian hops. Flavoursome English pale malt adds balance and a smooth finish, which lasts and lasts. Full-bodied, yet with an ease of drinking which belies its strength.

Sweet muesli and rabbit food malt/hop aroma combo. Taste basically the same, grainy and very branny. A perfectly sound branny bitter, dont let anyone call it twiggy, its not, its branny.

[Waterloo Beer Festival, Liverpool, 2014] - Fat Cat Brewery Marmalade, 5.5%, hell kupferfarben, kaum Schaum. Milde florales Aroma mit etwas Zitrus. Recht voll im Mundgefhl, kaum wssrig. Dichte Textur.

Cask at The Roebuck, Leek (Titanic). A clear amber colour with a creamy white head. Aroma of sugary orange like fanta/tango, some caramel, peach and slightly nutty. Taste of fruity malt, orange, some peach, biscuit, toffee and spicy hops. Medium bodied and a smooth texture. A slightly dry, orange marmalade taste in the finish. Quite complex and tasty, took me a while to get into it though.
