Draft. Poured cloudy orange color with an average frothy white head that was lasting with good lacing. Moderate to heavy yeast, spice and citrus aroma. Medium to full body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy sweet flavor with a medium to heavy sweet finish of moderate duration. My expectations where met. On tap at Yogi’s, Bloomington. Nice medium orange pour, bright and vibrant. Nose had some soft breads notes and modest spice (interestingly, and not altogether successfully, of the sweeter variety). Light palate, prickly and satisfying. More grain in the taste, with sweet vanilla and cinnamon peeking in. A bit off the mark, even if it has modest charms. On tap at Mad Mex, Cranberry. Pleasant floral-sweet malt notes with honey, jasmine, and yeast. Mild bubblegum esters. Medium amber clear with light haze, topped with thin white head. Medium body with medium carbonation. Starts and stays sweet with lots of floral and fruity character, yeast, and bubblegum. Smooth sweet finish with no bitterness. drsordr (2885) - Loveland, Ohio, USA - JUL 20, 2013

Golden orange in color... Light citrusy candi sugar aroma... Flavor is spicy and herbal up front... Incredibly floral with nice hop balance on palate... Delicious

Draft. Pours a slightly hazy cwopper with a white head. Aroma is sweet burnt caramel, cinnamon, and cookie crumbs. Is this spiced? Hefty on the tongue. Not quite up to Fat Heads standards... FROTHINGSLOSH (8164) - GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 17, 2013
Sampled on draft at 3R6P this beer poured a dark golden color with a medium sized foamy white head that left great lacing. The aroma was bread dough, pepper, must and a bit of funk. The flavor was bready, musty, almost dusty with notes of pepper and bubblegum. Long finish of bread, must and bubblegum. Moderately full bodied. Solid. jmikolich (1486) - North Ridgeville, Ohio, USA - APR 24, 2012
on tap at FH’s 20Apr2012, while i used to detest saisons they are getting better and better to me, and this one is no different.. the spice really blends well and the bubblegum, yeast flavor is melded well.. smooth sailing on this one. pottygok (548) - Ohio, USA - APR 6, 2011
Aroma: Coriander with hints of citrus. Dogbrick (13986) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - APR 1, 2011
Appearance: Cloudy gold with thick, white head.
Taste: Medium sweetness with light sourness and light bitterness to balance it out.
Palate: Lively carbonation, creamy texture, medium body with slightly sour finish.
Overall: Impressive and well crafted, but I’m left wanting more body and depth of character.
Sample at the brewpub. The beer pours a clear golden color with a medium thin white head that evaporates steadily. Spotty lacing. Aroma of yeast and fruit along with a touch of spice. Light body with a fruity character and notes of peppery yeast and sweet malt. The finish is clean and fruity up front with a lingering yeast aftertaste. Decent overall.
