Bottle courtesy of Cory poured into a pint glass. Orangey gold color with a lasting tan head. Candied citrus in the aroma and flavor, orange and lemon candy, slight caramel malt, bitter piney edge. Pretty nice IPA.

4.6 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Pours clear golden with thick fluffy white head. Aroma is awesome juicy citrus, grapefruit, resin and piney hops. Taste is dank piney resinous hops upfront with some sweet malty notes on the follow through. Aftertaste is lingering bitter citrus/grapefruit and resinous piney hops. Palate is medium and sticky. Overall this is an excellent IPA with great hop punch balanced with a touch of malt sweetness. Seems more like a double ipa, but goes down very smooth.

I am not a hophead and this has much hops so take my rating for what it is worth. Nice aroma to start citrus and hops. Some malt to start but much piney grapefruit hops in middle to end with a dry finish from trade with jsquire

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Nose full of orange zest with a pithy fruit underneath. Cloudy good pour. Minimal head moderately bitter. Soft malt flavors. Some alcohol warming. Dry finish. Hop flavor seems a little muddled.

So much hoppy goodness. Nose is floral and sweet. Taste is strongly hopped with simcoe and Columbus. Bitter finish, light dry mouthfeel. Would and will drink again

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
It’s golden orange in color, with what looks like a somewhat thin body (thank to the fast-rising carbonation) and an off-white head. For some reason this doesn’t look like it should smell as robust with hops as it does. Strong, stiff aromas of pine, fresh, herbal citrus, and a faint whisper of resin rule the roost, with light caramel malts really taking a back seat. It’s well-balanced for such a hop-forward beer. It’s so delicious in the nose that it almost smells like candy. I don’t want to stop smelling it.
I’m not so disappointed that I had to stop smelling it to take a drink, though, because the beer is freaking awesomer in the mouth. Those sticky, fresh, potent, almost candy-like sweet and resinous, piney hops pummel the taste buds as soon as you open your mouth. This is so generously hopped, and the relative thin and non-competing malt body doesn’t get in the way. In fact, it’s very complimentary. The flavor, as is the aroma, is also addictive. If you hadn’t already guessed.
Although a good amount of bitterness rears its head in the finish, it’s extremely tolerable for the amount of hops flavor that it showcases. And man, that bitterness is addictive. Hmm... this seems to be a recurring theme. It’s just strong enough to make you respect it, but just tame enough to make you want more right away. What an awesome IPA. Another great beer, and brewery, out of Ohio!

Bottle from Proof. Deep orange color with a small white head. Lots if tropical fruit hoppiness in the nose, pineapple, peaches and mangos with a touch of malt sweetness. Flavor is pretty similar with nice prickly carbonation with a nice finishing bitterness. Pretty tasty stuff.
