Uncivilized and aggressive this west coast styled IPA packs wicked hop flavors and aroma. Savage amounts of Simcoe, Columbus, and Cascade hops define this brews signature pine and citrus notes. Try with our smoked wings in the Killer sauce and run the risk of a shrunken head!

Single finger head on top of a clear golden pour. Nice citrus aroma with big time floral notes. Long bitter finish. Nice citrus component Medium mouth that is slightly creamy.

Tap at Hops and Pie. Denver. Poured a clear medium amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is hoppy and a little metallic. The flavour is medium to strong bitter with a big hoppy liqourice bitter palate. A standard IPA but a very good one!

Draft @ Hops&Pie, Denver, Colorado. Pours a clear, golden beer with a big white head. Aroma is citrus, straight hops in your face. Flavour is basic IPA stuff, bitter, citrus and a medium sweet, malty finish. Decent, standard IPA.

Hazy amber beer with a good pale cream coloured head. Palate is light and airy and dry. Hops are light but flavoursome - light fresh orange and marmalade. Skewing this beer is a weird dry dirty malt with some rawness. Dry finish. Not bad but the malt is a mess.

Location: 12 oz bottle with jcos, 10/6/13

Aroma: This has a nice hop mix of grapefruit, pine, resin, and some malts as well
Appearance: It pours a cloudy golden color with a small white head and some light lace
Flavor: The taste is lightly sweet, but leans much more toward the hoppy and fairly bitter side
Palate: The body is light-medium, it has a slick feel, average carbonation, and a long, dry finish
Overall Impression: I found this one to be quite nice. It is fairly bitter, and the bitterness works nicely on the style. Tasty, clean, and bitter, it is what an IPA should be.

The beer has a decent golden straw color to it, good head on the glass and great lacing. The smell comes off with a strong oily resin, piney, and a hint of grapefruit on the back end. The taste just blows you away with a hop punch to the mouth, it delivers a piney, grapefruit flavor that just delivers a great hop flavor but not over the top. The mouthfeel is great with a nice piney flavor that doesn’t dry you out but leaves you wanting more. Overall, a MUST drink for hop heads.

Pours a light copper gold with a thick white head. Aroma of citrus, grapefruit, pineapple and malt. Taste is bitter grapefruit up front with a smooth slight malty finish. Tropical hop bomb. Very nice

Fat Heads Head Hunter IPA: Bottle courtesy of JStax - thanks! A massive pillow of sandy head atop a translucent golden body… very nice appearance. Not much lacing, but good retention. Nose is ripe with citrus and pine. Sweet tropical fruits. The taste is pure hops and the bitterness that comes with a copious amount. Pine resin, florals, and moderate citrus. Light malts in the tail attempt to keep the bitterness in check. Lingering hops… the sticky lip smacking kind. Gets a little more herbal and tea-like in the tail as it warms; helps with the drinkability. Really a hophead’s beer; I can taste the IBUs.

Clear golden colour with a small white head. Pine, spruce, hops and mild bitterness in a delicious aroma. Pine, grapefruit, mild citrus, hops and moderate bitterness in a very dry flavour. Dry. Very dry.
