Uncivilized and aggressive this west coast styled IPA packs wicked hop flavors and aroma. Savage amounts of Simcoe, Columbus, and Cascade hops define this brews signature pine and citrus notes. Try with our smoked wings in the Killer sauce and run the risk of a shrunken head!

12oz bottle from Tim and Dan. Thanks! Pours a clear, amber color with a big white head and some lacing. Aroma is hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, mango. Medium on the palate with creamy carbonation. Flavor is sweet, malty, caramel, some hay, pine hops, grass, orange, mango, with a clean, pine, bitter hop finish that lingers for a while. A very good, very complex single IPA.

Draft sample at JJ’s. Really nice IPA that does not beat you over the head with bitterness and offers some really juicy, fruity notes. Well made.

Sediment floats throughout- pieces of hops? Amazing- nice and heady without the metallic bitterness sometimes involved with a beer this hoppy. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12oz Bottle. Thanks for sharing, Kevin. Plastic, bubblegum, and cat pee aroma are distinctly Simcoe oriented. Sure, it gets a little tropical and piney, but it’s too much. Flavors are more subdued and integrated and I really like the mix of pale malt and juicy hop flavor. It’s clean and smooth with the hoppiness, lacking any of the roughness, but I’m just not digging the hop flavor profile. A bit boozy.

UPDATED: OCT 28, 2013 Bottle, courtesy of b3shine and another bottle by Sammy via a separate trade. Thanks guys! Bright orange body, tight lightly gold-tinted head. Very aromatic nose, perfumey ruby grapefruit, lush tropical fruits, hint of eucalyptus. Gorgeous aroma! The palate is awash in fresh flavourful hop character, with sweet grapefruit standing out among a veritable fruitbowl of tropical fruits. There is a hint of mint in there too. The malts are just a hair sweeter than biscuit/cracker character, so the hops really are the star here. The body and the bitterness are austere enough that drinkability reaches dangerous proportions. Fantastic! So glad I have another bottle of this!

Pours a dark Gd with a thick rocky off white head. Heavy grapefruit, pine and resin. Bitter with minimal sweetness.

Fruity, peach, mango, pineapple, grapefruity, spicy hoppy, light craker/bready flavor with a slightly chalky, bitter aftertaste

good brew, lots o’ hops, you’ve gotta be in the mood for this one, but a good choice. bells rules.

12oz thanks Jim! Pours a lighter golden with a nice pillow of a white head. Aromas of tropical fruits, light pine, and light caramel. The flavor is out of this world! Tons of melon, guava, and citrus fruit. Grassy/piney hops and so damn drinkable it’s silly. What a world class brew

Pours a clear orange with a white, three-fingered head. Retention is very good with good lacing. This is what an American IPA should look like! Aroma dominated by grapefruit and pineapple, followed by resinous pine. Little malt sweetness to speak of, the nose is all about hops! Classic west coast IPA. Bitterness dominates the palate, pine resin up front, grapefruit rind right behind. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation, Head Hunter finishes dry, with strong astringency. Overall, a supremely crafted IPA in the West Coast style! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
