Uncivilized and aggressive this west coast styled IPA packs wicked hop flavors and aroma. Savage amounts of Simcoe, Columbus, and Cascade hops define this brews signature pine and citrus notes. Try with our smoked wings in the Killer sauce and run the risk of a shrunken head!

Fruity, peach, mango, pineapple, grapefruity, spicy hoppy, light craker/bready flavor with a slightly chalky, bitter aftertaste

good brew, lots o’ hops, you’ve gotta be in the mood for this one, but a good choice. bells rules.

12oz thanks Jim! Pours a lighter golden with a nice pillow of a white head. Aromas of tropical fruits, light pine, and light caramel. The flavor is out of this world! Tons of melon, guava, and citrus fruit. Grassy/piney hops and so damn drinkable it’s silly. What a world class brew

Pours a clear orange with a white, three-fingered head. Retention is very good with good lacing. This is what an American IPA should look like! Aroma dominated by grapefruit and pineapple, followed by resinous pine. Little malt sweetness to speak of, the nose is all about hops! Classic west coast IPA. Bitterness dominates the palate, pine resin up front, grapefruit rind right behind. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation, Head Hunter finishes dry, with strong astringency. Overall, a supremely crafted IPA in the West Coast style! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours an coppery amber color with a thin white foamy head. Citrus zest is noticeable in the aroma. Taste is like a mix between traditional IPA and Amber

I really love this beer and seek it out when I can. Beautiful citrusy hop nose. Bitterness is well balanced with a long hoppy finish.

Bottle->SA. Hazy orange/gold with frothy white head. A: strong citrus hops, pine, tropical fruit. T: bittersweet pine and citrus hops. Bold, chewy. Outstanding IPA.

Beerenberger (1605) - Fischer, Texas, USA - AUG 11, 2013
Grapefruit and pine are the primary aromas. A hazy golden amber pour with a white ring and no lacing. The taste resembles the nose - strong grapefruit and pine flavors. There are fhints of sweetness which are quickly dominated by a strong bitter finish and aftertaste. Medium body and crisp carbonation. Overall, a delightful, but very hoppy, IPA. Would drink again. (Thanks to Sammy for the trade.)
