3.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
The best way to sum this is up would be to say it was a Hop Overture and Pleasantly Sweet (H.O.P.S.).
Clear pale orange, small tan foam ring. Hoppy aroma with citrus tones, returning in bitter taste. Lasting aftertaste, nice bitter. (Cleveland 201510) Pailhead (6543) - Rochester Hills, Michigan, USA - OCT 8, 2015
On tap: The aroma consists of moderate citrus, lemon peel, and touch of florals, and a hint of dank hops. It’s a transparent golden-orange with a small white head that fades to a thin film outlined by a slightly thicker ring. There is some spotty webbing left on the sides of the glass. The flavor starts with moderate citrus with just a hint of tropical fruits. The finish has moderate grapefruit, hints of grapefruit lemon peel, and a touch of grass. It’s light bodied with soft carbonation and mouthfeel. LilBeerDoctor (4231) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 6, 2013
On tap at Fat Heads Pittsburgh. Pours a clear orange with a thin white head. Aroma of stinky, garlicky hops, tropical fruits. Flavor of tropical fruits, a touch of acetone, grassy hops. This one just tastes a bit odd to me, has a fairly similar hop profile to other Fat Heads IPAs but also has some subtle acetone.

Draft pour at the source. Pours a crystal clear gold with a white head of foam that lasts. The aroma is fruity sweet hops. Tropical fruits abound. Taste is fruity sweet but finishes dry and bitter. The bitterness lingers on the tongue awhile. Delicious IPA. GT (10017) - San Diego, California, USA - OCT 26, 2013
Growler at Woodshop 8. Pours a clear golden with weaker foam. Nose is sticky hop resin, dank, juicy mangosteen. Taste is aggressive piney hops, sappy, mango, orange peel. Sharper, powerful bitter palate. Dogbrick (14316) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - OCT 24, 2013
Sample at the brewpub. Clear dark amber pour with a medium bone white head that diminishes steadily. Sticky partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus, piney hops and malt. Medium-bodied with flavors of grapefruit, hops, spruce and malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a lingering citrusy hops aftertaste.
