COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We’ll bet the farm that this easy drinking pilsner will beckon to you on a hot, dry, summer day. Jack Straw is a down-to-earth Pils with a grainy sweetness, medium hop bitterness, and country straw color.

Bohemian and Bavarian Pilsners collide to create a crisp Pilsner brewed with Czech floor malted barley tenuously hopped with German Magnum, Tettnang and Saffir hops.

hotstuff (5201) - Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA - AUG 30, 2017
Rated on 8-30-217. Bottled 04/17/17. The appearance is a medium sized frothy white head that is mostly lasting, transparent yellow golden body, fast rising carbonation observed, and a fair amount of lacing. The aroma is grainy, citrus, hoppy, lightly spicy, straw, herbal, grass, and pale malt. The flavor presents light bitterness, citrus, some toffee, hoppy, sweet, and pale malt. The mouthfeel is light carbonation and clean and this beer is medium bodied. This beer has a light bitter and crisp finish. This is easy drinking and a decent beer for its style. It is worth trying and a beer that I would consider drinking again.

Bottle Pours straw yellow hue with a small soapy white head and some nice ghostly lacing. Nose is grassy, spicy, sulfur, lots of german spicy hops, maybe even some american in there as well. Flavors exhibit a very complex palate of pale toasted grains (cracker, grass), lots of spicy hops and some nice sweetness as well from the malt. Is there honey added to this one? regardles, the sweetness is lite but adds a nice complexity fo the overall experience. Lovely crisp and litely cracker like finish that lasts quite a long time. A fantastic pilsner in my book. great stuff!
