Appearance: Clear gold with a rich white head.
Taste: Light sweetness with a dry sourness.
Palate: Medium body, dry texture, lively carbonation, long dry finish.
Overall: A nice, solid, clean drinking beer with enough flavor to carry it above the average. I enjoyed this a lot.
Clear and pale yellow 2 finger creamy head. Faint lemony with a lot of grain and wheat and spicy pepper. Taste is nice. more spice up front with a honey sweetness and the finish is like a Gruit. On tap at Fat Head’s in Portland, OR. RGSG 2015. Poured a clear gold with white head. Nose of floral hops and sweet malts. Medium in body. Flavor is clean malts with a floral hop on top. Finishes crisp and clean as a good Kolsch should. Very drinkable. JStax (7225) - Devola/Marietta, Ohio, USA - OCT 29, 2013

Draft. Poured clear golden color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate balanced malt and floral hop aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium bittersweet flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. Solid drinkable beer and very good for style. Mild malt aroma, pours a clear light straw with a white head. Light fruit notes, with a touch of sweetness. Light bodied, and very easy drinking. A nice representation of the style. brokensail (16660) - Dublin, California, USA - JUN 27, 2015
On tap @ Fat Heads PDX. Clear golden colored beer with white foam. Bread and cereal aromas with a slight floral hop note. Pretty clean for the most part...not too much on the ester front. Slightly dry finish with a very subtle bitterness. Crisp grain and malts. Could use a touch more hop character, but overall well done for an American Kolsch.
