Dogbrick (13018) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - MAY 31, 2017
On draught at World Of Beer Easton during the Fat Heads Tap Takeover and Beer School event on 05/16/2017. Black pour with some brown around the edges, and a medium foamy tan head that diminishes gradually to an outer ring. Patchy lacing on the glass. The aroma consists of roast malt, chocolate and coffee. Light to medium body with flavors of charred malt, bittersweet chocolate and coffee. The finish is roasty with a short malty aftertaste. Decent overall.

mcberko (17847) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAR 28, 2016
On tap at Fat Head’s Portland, pours a deep dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma is laid back, with notes of bready malt and some toasted notes. Flavour is along the same lines, with toasted malt, some roast and dry cocoa. Well-balanced and smooth. Good but forgettable porter.

Poured a dark brown with a beige head. Aroma was of roasted malts, light chocolate. Favor similar, a little astringent and disappointing.

Tap madmex. Big & black. Fairly easy at first but then it starts to evolve. It begins to turn into a roasty somewhat burnt bitter feel Yes, dark roasted bitter bite. goes from easy to medium. Now i think its getting a little more bitter than I like but its still a porter and not a baltic porter. Never gets to baltic status even tho it wants to.

@ Fat Heads 16-3-10: Mjuk med toner av lätt rostat kaffe samt choklad. Ok men inget mer.

Draft @ FH on 11/26/14 in a sample glass dark brown/ black with a thin foam head. Aroma of mocha and burnt ashy malt body, subtle carbonation and with some chocolate sweetness. Also has a strange earthy bitterness hiding in the finish. Dry texture, Overall just ok.
