COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our take on the IPA has everything you would find in a standard IPA, plus hints of chocolate and rye malts with a healthy addition of flaked rye. A generous hop schedule containing Amarillo, Nugget and Styrian Goldings boasts 90 IBUs, which provides plenty of floral and citrus aromas to compliment the rye. To finish it off we dry hop with Amarillo for a smooth and rich mouthfeel.

Can poured a hazy orange amber with a lasting creamy amber head. Aromas of rye, spice, earthiness, pine and light citrus. Palate was light to medium bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Flavors of rye, earthiness, pine and light citrus with a smooth dry bitter lingering rye finish.

Draft. Hazy golden color with a fizzy off-white head that lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate to heavy dark rye and soft malt aroma. Medium body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Moderate to heavy dark bittersweet flavor with a moderate bittersweet finish of moderate to long duration. Solid beer

Fort Myers, Fl - Total Wine - 12 oz can. Hazy dark orange pour, soft, snow white head that leaves a light film of lacing, Slightly funky aroma, orange marmalade and smelly feet. Solid IPA flavor, standard citrus bitterness, some spearmint thrown in for good measure from the rye, a hint of caramel sweetness. Decently thick mouthfeel.

I may have had this too long and needed to drink fresh. Way too much carbonation and the flavor/balance seemed off. Extra sweet and extra bitter...not the best match. There is some flavor in there from the rye and heavy hop content, though a tad too bold. The feel was too fizzy. Potential here, just needs to be toned down a bit.

On tap at Sailfish Brewery in Fort Pierce FL. Copper colored beer with an off-white head. Strong aromas of earth and floral hops. Tastes of the aforementioned smells along with spiced rye bread, biscuit malt, a very mild touch of chocolate, and piney hops. Bitter hop finish. This was good.

On tap at Buffalo Wild Wings Fort Myers. Pretty mildly bitter ipa. Great amber color with off white head. Hoppy but more biscuity and pretty light overall for an ipa. Decent and washes down buffalo wings perfectly.

3/12/16. Sampled during 2016 Hunahpu’s Day. Amber pour with a small khaki head. Light hop aroma, citrus and pine, some rye bread and spice, doughy maltiness. Good flavor, malty with caramel and rye spice, bread, biscuit, citrus and pine. Not bad.

Pours orange-amber and cloudy with a small off white head. Aroma is sweet red grapefruit with a grainy & spicey rye background. Taste is a slickly smooth complex beauty! Smooth rye grains up front with an intruding gritty bitterness that quickly takes over the palate. The red grapefruit pushes its way in, but the bitterness wins out for a long finish. This is one of the more flavorful rye IPAs I’ve had. Nicely done.

Great rye IPA. Lots of citrus hop aroma and nice sounds spiciness from the rye. My go to beer.

Cloudy amber with dense thin off white head. Smell is light and hoppy. Flavor is lots of earthy hops, rye, medium bodied, dry and balanced aftertaste. Very nice reminds me of Amsterdam Boneshaker (a Canadian classic flavor in Florida!) ar 7 ap 4 t 8 p 4 o 14
