Cloudy gold pour, off white head. Juicy hop aroma, citrus peel, dank hops. The flavor hits with juicy and bitter hop goodness and finishes quite dry. Wow. They’ve done it again.
Slightly hazy golden amber pour at the brewery with a slight white head. Nice hoppy nose. Quite nice mouthfeel. Hoppy, complex and just the right balance of malt and bitterness. Very good. PartyFowle (954) - - APR 16, 2015
Draft. Burnt orange, hazy. One finger of dense, sticky tan. Some thick horizontal lace. Bright, fruity nose. Mango, pineapple, grapefruit, a little fresh-cut grass. Outrageous. Such clear aromas. Fruitier in the flavor. More mango and other tropical tones play about, though I still get a touch of grass. Alcohol as well. A balance of fruits and bitterness. Medium body. Soft on the tongue. Mild, tingly carbonation. Great hop flavors, so clean and clear. The oats add just a bit of fruitiness and body. Crazy drinkable. sturmthis (1195) - Bavaria, GERMANY - MAR 28, 2015
Sample. Copper color with one finger head. Mostly pine aroma. Pine, some citrus. Don’t taste the oatmeal. Still a good DIPA. devman171 (1223) - Annapolis, Maryland, USA - DEC 16, 2014

Sampled during GABF 2014. Pours a hazy amber body with off white lacing. Aroma is fresh grapefruit hop and additional citrus fruits. Mouthfeel is bright and fresh with notes of grapefruit and fresh citra hops. Pailhead (6543) - Rochester Hills, Michigan, USA - AUG 18, 2014
On tap: The aroma consists of moderate citrus, lighter grapefruit, and a touch of pine. It’s a transparent golden-orange with a two finger white head that fades to a thick film. The flavor starts with moderate sweet tropical fruits and citrus. The finish has moderate grapefruit with some light floral notes and faint spice. It’s medium bodied with mild carbonation and a creamy mouthfeel. deyholla (12253) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - MAY 9, 2014
Growler thanks to Ilya! Pours a clear a gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has notes of pine, grapefruit and sweet grains with a hint of onion underlying. Flavor has much more onion with a bit of pine, resin and sweet grains backing. phaleslu (10668) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - MAR 30, 2014
Draft in a sampler at the brewpub. Pours a mostly clear gold with a small off-white head that laces the glass. Notes of sweet malts, oats, and caramel, balanced by pine resin, pineapple, and citrus fruits (mostly grapefruit). Medium-bodied, with low to moderate carbonation and a sweet, malty, resinous mouthfeel. Nice double IPA. Well-balanced. TheHOFF43 (2052) - Robbinsdale, Minnesota, USA - MAR 16, 2014
Growler. Pours a beautiful gold with white fluffy head that left quickly. Well carbonated, but not overly so. Aroma is floral, grapefruit, citrus. Taste is floral hops, piney and slightly bitter. No malt backbone to speak of, really well done. This is the exact type of IPA I enjoy most.
