>> Clear golden pour, wispy foam. Sweet pear nose with sugar cube, dried peach. Taste is strange- grassy, big carbonation, quite grainy and dusty finish, near husky. Okay but not a saison in any sense.
Draft in a sampler at the brewpub. Pours a pale, cloudy gold color with a white ring for a head. Notes of bready malts, grass, banana, florals, farmhouse funk, and peppery spice. Very much on-style. Light-bodied, with a dry mouthfeel and low to moderate carbonation. Good, simple saison. kcorum10 (349) - Idaho, USA - MAR 2, 2014
Pours yellow color with nice white head. Spices, citrus, yeast aromas and flavors with a slightly tart finish. RobertDale (6913) - Lansing, Kansas, USA - JAN 5, 2014
On tap at the brewpub. Comes a cloudy pale gold with a small white head. Aroma of citrus, yeast, and spice. Taste is lemon, tropical, yeast, and spices. Very drinkable, very enjoyable. deekyn (1459) - San Francisco, California, USA - JAN 4, 2014
At the brewery. A - pours a slightly hazy straw gold with a faint light white head that quickly dissipates. No lacing.
S - lemon, straw and strong peppery spice. Some resin and spruce notes. Cloves cone out as it warms. Orange, grapefruit and marmalade.
M - light clean body with a light watery palate. Low carbonation. Very light alcohol.
T - starts with grapefruit and some mild pepper. Pepper builds throughout the middle before subsiding on the back end. Lemon, straw and zinc in the middle partner with he spiciness. Somewhat watery. End is biscuits, evergreen, resin and citrus mostly. Bitter. Wanted more from such a great brewery.

Hazy yellow pour, not much head to speak of but that’s just because they straight up filled my glass to the top! Aroma is some nice mellow notes of herbs and lemon citrus. Taste is very refreshing, some grass, a bit yeasty and a touch of citrus. Really nice. JustDrinkIt (261) - Arizona, USA - DEC 16, 2013

Growler from dcschiller DesertDevil (699) - Arizona, USA - JUL 13, 2013
Pours a crystal clear deep gold with a fluffy eggshell head. Aroma is malty sweet with subtle spicy overtones. Flavor is much the same with a slight tartness to it, with a light & clean herbal/spicy finish.
Overall it was very tasty, and incredibly drinkable. Another gem from Fate
Growler (thanks to JPDurden24 for the pickup). Somewhat muted aroma of banana esters and subdued peppery spices. Pours a light, effervescent golden color. Light cinnamon and coriander notes mix with a slight, woody bitter flavor. Pear and apple emerge toward the finish. Easy-drinking saison. Ibrew2or3 (8860) - Tempe, Arizona, USA - JUN 28, 2013
Poured up on tap at the brewpub with a crystal clear gold body that supports a nice nearly bright white head of foam. The modest aroma offers up slivers of yeasty saison spices, soft and mild citrusy hops with a faint sweet smell in the background. The taste is right on the money in this Phoenix heat with crisp snappy and rich spicy yeast notes, smooth malt sweetened tangelo and grapefruit and then just a bit of hay or sort of grainy maltiness there for support. Terrific summer brew. It ends crisp fairly dry and demanding another sip.
