Sampled at the ale house. A nice brew however it did not have the quality I was looking for. Still it is worth a try.
Draft at brew pub restaurant. Dark brown with light head. Light sweetness, rich but moderate. Reliable and solid for style. csaso (2321) - Missouri, USA - AUG 7, 2012
Tap - average size foamy head, very dark amber/brown color, malty/raisiny aroma and flavor, some Belgian yeast spice - this is really a Dubbel Ale, not a Belgian Strong Ale as above

Tap. Pours deep amber-brown with a small tan head that laces well. Spicy aroma with yeast, malt, caramel, brown sugar, and a bit of vanilla. Complex flavor with medium sweet caramel malt, brown sugar, and some unidentified spice. Rich in the mouth. A very nice beer overall. mu11igan (133) - Davis, California, USA - JAN 19, 2011
On tap at Faultline. I thought it was a pretty good abbey ale. Color is dark amber/brown, with an small off-white head. Aroma is typical Belgian spiciness. For a relatively high ABV beer, the alcohol presence is completely hidden. A pretty good beer, over all.

Draft. An amber beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of yeast, malt, and caramel as well as a lighter note of phenols. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, yeast, and phenols. JaBier (8253) - Capital City, Ohio, USA - SEP 10, 2010
Sample at the brewpub on 8/10/10. Clear copper pour with a medium off-white head. Aroma of banana, caramel and candi sugar. Banana flavor with some pepper and a caramel malt finish. KUEric (977) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - SEP 2, 2010
A nice albeit muted Belgian abbey. Take what you want/hope for and divide it by three that’s this beer.
Watered down and muted but hS everything balanced within the beer just weak. Papsoe (25056) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - SEP 5, 2009
On tap. Hazy dark amber golden with an off-white head. Sweet aroma of dried, nuts and Belgian yeast. Medium body, sweet dried fruit and a somewhat astringent finish. 250709 yespr (47567) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - JUL 28, 2009
