Mahagoni with medium beige head. Aroma is maple syrup, butter, some oak, grapes, dried fruits, dried plums. Aroma is rather shy. Taste is very oily sweet woody body. Much syrup. Heavy and oily. A bit alcoholic and overalcoholic. Would probably not drink too much of this.

0,33 l bottle ordered from the brewery. BB 24.04.2027. At that time I´m retired a few years ... Pours out in a dark red brown. Smallest and fast fading head. Smells malty with alcoholic elements. Taste starts very smooth, malty, caramell, some hints of licorice in the background. More barrel wood and fruity. Totally hidden alcohol. Some sweetness as expeted. Balanced. No carbonation. Great stuf!

Aus der Flasche. Dunkelbraunes Bier, beiger Schaum. Süss röstiger Duft. Trockenobst. Im Geschmack Feige, Malz, trockenpflaume. Recht süffig für so ein starkes Bier. Im Abgang kommt das Holzfass hervor.
