Nice hoppy aroma. Balanced bitter. Flavor is citrus and resin.
A decent, if forgettable, IPA.
Draft at the source. Aroma show light grain, light pine. llcooldave (1219) - San Antonio, Texas, USA - APR 18, 2015
The flavor is both light on hops or flavor. Texture again is grain with a weak pine in the finish. Weak bitterness that vanishes fast after the sip. I feel like the base itself is ok but it really needs more hop additions. It would also help if it had some more body.
Bright gold in the glass. Creamy citrus aroma. Spicy hops and banana flavor. Overall, decent brew... kidmartinek (5001) - austin, Texas, USA - AUG 23, 2014
Hazy orangish golden with a big foamy white head. Fruity nose with some orange and pine. Heavy white lace. Flavor is all bitter. Jeez! This place doesn’t f*** around with the IBUs. Very impressive. Travlr (25521) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - AUG 10, 2014
Draft at the source. Hazy golden amber color, medium white head. Aroma of light citrus and pine. Taste is lightly bitter lemon. Plain. ansermadide (1526) - Kyle, Texas, USA - JAN 27, 2013
This easy-drinking, but potent IPA has a dark, golden orange body and a cream colored head. This is quite the bitter IPA, fairly thin in body, and just barely lacking in flavor and body to make up for the bitter finish. It feels a little empty, but satisfies cravings for a strong, bitter hop presence. It really is a good beer, but I can’t help thinking about how much better it could be with just a little more flavor hops and a beefier body. It has just enough hair on its chest to be respectable, though, and pretty enjoyable.
