Nice clear golden color. The foam stays real long. smells like tpical hops and grass or like brining in the harvest., Taste is quite similar to the smell. Pilsener bitterness stays at the end.

It’s golden with a creamy and lasting white head. The aroma has soft and well balanced notes of fresh bread, fresh grain, flower and straw. The flavor has a light sweetness and pleasant notes of caramel, fresh grain, bread, flower and straw, and the finish is slightly dry. Really nice!

*Old rating, best before 12.08.04. The beer is malty-grain, fresh intense, great bitter, slightly floral. Nice.

pivnizub (10729) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - NOV 19, 2006
Bottle: Pale golden coloured, mid-sized fluffy head, quite stable; aromatic, almost resinous hoppy aroma with a big sweet-malty to bready touch; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied, solid malty base; moderate floral-hoppy & sweet-malty finish. A fine Pils, closer to the Bohemian style than to the horrible "slim" german versions.........

Bottled, from biershop-bayern.de . Clear golden, small head. Distinct spicy hop aroma. Dry, crisp and bready. Medium bodied with firm malt. Rye crisp breads, distinct spicy hops, lingering bitterness. Well made and refreshing.

50cl fliptop, Maruhn bb05/2014. Sturdy, round, lemonade-cereal malt and citrus peel hop Pilsner with a remnant nostalgia for easy-chugging TV beers. The thinking man’s execution of a no-brain regional Pilsner. Would revisit.

GoufCustom (2077) - HONG KONG - NOV 15, 2015

500ml flip-top bottle opened with loud “pop” bought at Great Food Hall in Pacific Place, Admiralty.

Light golden honey colour; Two and a half finger head and crumpety white foam which last for two minutes; Fair sticky lacing and active carbonation; Quite fragrant aroma of bready malt, with floral, tropical fruity ester, honey, molasses, thick bread, yeast, light lemon and light grass; Close to medium sweet taste of Pils malt, with light metallic, barley grains, floral, molasses, bread, quite strong lemon, medium bitter hops and herbal grass; Mid to light body. Quite slick palate; Mouth feel is very good Pils maltyness in a slightly lean background. A bit grainy but otherwise clean and floral. Sweetness is moderate. Fairly bready with fairly good lemon and herbs to round. Pretty good!... Hoppiness is floral, tropical fruits honey, light lemon and light grass in nose. Floral, strong lemon and herbs in taste; Bitterness is moderate for a lasting, mid-astringent malty finish; Quite dry after taste. Herbal and slightly bitter to mouth.

Comments: This is a mild Pilsener I would say, but with no less maltyness and right amount of body, nice flowery aroma and natural sweetness. Hoppiness is fair herbs than bitter hops. Easy drinking overall, and if the bitterness got boost up then this will be something quite special. Drinkable!

MoritzF (10018) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - AUG 24, 2006
(bottle) Clear, yellow coloured hue with a foamy, slowly lacing white foam of medium size. Slightly sweet malty aroma with a dense yeasty-fruity (citrus) note and herbal hops. Fresh and mild malty taste with a subtle fruitiness, soft sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium body with a crispy mouthfeel. Dry, moderately bitter and aromatic herbal hoppy finish.
