Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, roasted, caramel, dusty, light notes of smoke - chocolate - coffee, moderate to tobacco. Flavor is moderate sweet, light light acidic and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is light medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20091015]

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines and drunk at home. Clear dark brown colour lasting beige head. Some dark fruits some malt loaf style malt. Very drinkable in the mouth. Lovely dark fruits flavours. A bit like a black forest gateau all to my self. Lovely.
