Can 100 cl. Pours a clear golden with a small white head and an aroma of alcohol, sugar, ripe apples, sweet malts and syrup. The last is very sweet and boozy with just a little bit of hoppy bitterness in the finish. Totally forgettable

August 2016 - Big boy 1 litre can share at Chriso’s Pre-GBBF Shindig, Day 1. Thanks! As Faxe 10%. So, people drink litres of this 10% beer in one go? Wow. Dark yellow orange, clear, lightly sparkling, big foamy white head, full lacing. Aroma is papery, apple, malt sugars, musty. Body is light, soft carbonation, a bit foamy. Taste is papery, booze, crackers, light bread. Drinks well, hides the ABV, good value for those only concerned with alcohol content. Not as bad as I was expecting. (2.6)

Can sample at a tasting at Tom L’s place. Thanks Shmupi. Clear golden. Aroma of acetone, graininess, fruity hint. Sweet flavor with honey, graininess, acetone, and an alcohol hint. A bit sticky.

Jumbo can shared at the chriso and Ruth pre GBBF Shindig 2016 - London. Day 1. Pours totally clear gold with a creamy, white head. The nose holds cereal, light dough, and hay. Medium sweet flavour with suggestions of tangerine, alcohol, more dough and hay. Light to medium bodied with smooth, massaging carbonation. Sweet finish, simple and straightforward. Solid malt liquor.

Can. Orange color with white head. Aroma is sweet malts, quite sugary. Taste is the same, a bit spicy, a bit wet paper/cardboard. The alcohol is well hidden. Not as bad as expected.

Pre-GBBF 2016 tasting at Chris&Ruth’s, Day-1. It pours a clean golden color with no head. Aroma is tangy starchy sweet with some grand and alcohol. Light bodied with light carbonation. Overall, meh

Bardzo mocne piwo, wyraźnie słodki aromat. Piana słaba, średnio nagazowane. W smaku słodowe, niewielka gorzyczka. Alkohol dobrze ukryty.

The great ChrisO pre GBBF gathering. Can. Bright clear gold beer, tidy white head. Palate is light, semi dry and has decent carbonation. Very sweet malts. Banana esters. Little dried fruits. Light dry finish. Clunky but not terrible.

Chris and Ruth’s Shindig 2016, Saturday. Clear golden beer with a small offwhite head. Malty vegetable aroma, bready, hay notes, some cardboard. Malty bready flavor, fruity, cardboard. Boozy finish. Expected it to be a lot worse.
