1.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Summat deeply weird’s going on here, but my friends and I were more than keen on trying a beer that sounds a bit like "Halifax" and was for sale in Berlin for under the minimum unit price in the UK in ridiculous litre cans at 10%. Imagine blending any old lager in with a bag of pick’n’mix, possibly including the pick’n’mix wrappers, and you have Faxe. Don’t expect to be able to open your eyes properly after having it. Drunk from the can as it slowly went to room temperature, at which point it tasted like summat you’d find under the settee. Don’t know whether I’m rating it cruelly or kindly.
Appearance: Light orange golden, clear. Some off-white head.dimeon (313) - Johannesburg, SOUTH AFRICA - JUN 7, 2017
Aroma: Malt, cheap. Alcohol.
Taste: Strong malt, some alcohol. Sweetness. Not great.
Bought: Drinks of the World (Online), 1000 ml can, CHF 6.50
Info: 21/6-2017, BB: 11/9-2017
A: Clear golden yellow with a medium white head
N: Quite sweet. Some green bitterness in the background
T: The sweetness is certainly there, but not out of style. The bitterness is in the right zone to combat the sweetness.
O: Despite the alcohol and full mouthfeel, it goes down surprisingly easy and dangerously quickly.

Can. Golden color, clear liquid, white head. Tastes like light trippel. Alcohol is hidden. Aroma is of light banana, light wheat. This is quite good brew, no joking. LomYst (880) - Rotterdam, NETHERLANDS - MAY 7, 2017
muffige moutigheid.. beetje snoep... metaal? heel erg zoet, weinig anders... niet heel goor

50cl can, random shop in Niamey. Attrocious beer that under the 40+° weather of Niamey quickly turns into a nasty boozy experience.

1pint Can shared at home with the Fam, sourced from shop at CPH Airport - clear golden pour white head. Aroma and taste is overt sweet malty, straw, hay, with some grainy and subdued grassy notes, with some additional corn sweetness, overt strong boozy finish. Lot of people are just plain pretentious and can’t enjoy a okay beer that isn’t made to make you Wow! But perhaps, yes, make you drunk wihthout tasting shit wich is a blessing! And, this is what the FAXE 10% is all about: people that have good taste as well as a sens of relativity for their epicurian cry baby or cry drunky need will enjoy this ultra cheap beer that don’t taste ultra cheap beer. When you drink this, you don’t taste cheap alcool ,neither you will consider it as a Malt Ultra Sugary Liquor, nope, juste a somewhat strong beer that will certainly not please to people that can just drink gentle beer, still, I don’t consider this as a survivor beer, anyway, you will taste the corn, the hops and the malt, but at they end you will not vomit. labeerinthum (864) - Milano, ITALY - FEB 21, 2017
Lattina. L_Lovecraft (609) - - FEB 16, 2017
Sweet grain, golden with a good white head, alcohol and alcohol the only thing i can remember...but is not the worst of this type of industrial beer.
