Black with ruby hues and a thin tan head. Aroma has roasty dark chocolate, burnt notes, and piney hops. Flavor has pine and burnt bitterness over roasty dark chocolate...touch of rye spice in there. Mouthfeel is medium and lively with a piney/roasty dry finish that lingers. Might be the best offering I’ve had from Fegley’s to date...nice beer!

Dark red brown color with a medium sized, tan head that left nice lacing o the glass. Aroma of pine, floral hops, citrus, light roast and a bit of cocoa. Taste was much of the same, with pine, lighter roast and cocoa, with a hoppy finish.
