3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured an orange-caramel color with a huge fluffy pink-white head that lingered and left a bit of lacing. The aroma was tart and dry with notes of vinegar, must and muddled berries. The flavor was tart raspberry, must, chalk, bread and honey with a semi sweet artificial sugar undertone. Medium length finish of tart berries, chalk and honey. Medium body. Decent.

2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottle at home. Pour is hazy rose/orange with no head. Wheat, toasted bread, yeast, and faint fruit characteristics in the aroma. Taste is very wheaty, somewhat fruity, yeasty, stale bread, and rotten fruit. Light body with high carbonation. Pretty bad stuff.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle at craft ale house. Pours copper with limited head. Aroma is tart raspberry. Taste us set raspberry with a tart finish. It’s not too sweet but not too strong in the saison qualities.

Bottle. Clear red-orange with a thin white head. Aroma is raspberries, citrus, and a little spice. Taste is medium sweet with some bitterness, some raspberry and not a whole lot else. Dry finish. Bland but refreshing.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
hazy, rosy, amber, sexy w/ barely a rim of head; aroma of subtle fruit and something else(yeast, wheat???); flava is nice sweet/tart blend of raspberry but not syrupy at all; it finishes tart dry then the raspberry says hi!; feels crisp and light but fizzes enough to excite the tongue and leave me wanting another drink. get it, NOW!

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Orangey pour with a reddish tint. Light fruity first taste but slightly funky aftertaste. Wouldn't drink again.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours a clear pinkish orange. Small head, no lacing really. The aroma is raspberries, yeast, light funk. Medium bodied and over carbonated. Tastes of yeast, stone fruits, strawberries, raspberries, and tannins from the raspberry seeds. Finishes with a subtle tartness and dry, champagne like fruitiness.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
750ml split with Anndiesel, from her East Coast beer run. This is a pretty cool beer, certainly raspberry forward, but firmly planted in Saison. Unfiltered raspberry red-orange. Sweet, a little too sweet really. Nice Belgian-esque carbonation. A well made beer, just lacks a little finesse and subtlety. Really comes off bigger than 7%. The yeast really shines, offering all sorts of funky sweet nuances. Pretty solid offering, interesting and unique, but a little sweet and boozy too.

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. 12 oz. Pours a light ruby with a tightly, bubbled, thiny laced off-white head. Cool trailing lace throughout. Aroma of raspberry, wheat, pomegranate, pepper, and lemon zest. Medium bodied with an agressively carbonated, lively, tangy mouthfeel. Flavors of pilsner, lemon, and very faint raspberry tart in the finish. This beer reminds me so much of snyders honey mustard and onion nibs in aroma especially after it warms up and you swirl it a bit. Very good fruit beer.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Poured into a Duvel tulip from a 2012 release 12 ounce bottle.
A: Pours a clear rose color but looks a slightly red tinted hazy amber with a thin white head.
S: Lots of Belgian yeast here, ripe banana and cloves with a hint of tarty raspberries.
T: Mostly a tarty raspberry throughout with minor pepper spices hinted at throughout. This reminds me a bit of a rose champagne.
M: Crisp light bodied beer, has the body of a champagne.
O: I like this beer more than the ratings indicate, it’s a nice fruity, slightly tarty beer with a nice texture to it.
