On tap at BBW. Poured a golden color with a large sized head. Citrus, spices, and some grassiness. kramer (6682) - Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 15, 2011
Tap, Bethlehem location. Pours a hazy orangish gold with a small wispy white head. The nose is a little over spiced with coriander and orange peel, some light yeastiness and light hoppiness. The flavor is very citrusy and fruity with lots of orange, coriander, some light wheat, light yeastiness, and a minimal bitterness on the finish. Medium bodied with sturdy prickly carbonation. Sticky spicy finish. Meh, I could do with a little less spice. Not bad, just not my thing. BREWMUSKCLES (2727) - New Jersey, USA - AUG 15, 2010
sweet and fragrant summer brew it is spiced as such. a wheat brew with a decent hop character that is a little spicy and adds in the presentation making it quite a presentable if not expected Belgan like summer wheat. soft yet well enough carbonated yet substantial enough palate was a welcome change for me. This was quite excellent. Pours hazy brown, spicy taste, refreshing and dry. chriso (7586) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - NOV 18, 2006
On tap at the brewpub, July 2006. 5.0% according to my notes. Hazy, pale gold/straw colour - looked very like the hefe. But much sharper on the palate - distinctly tart in fact. The coriander is noticeable. Tending towards a Belgian Wit in character, although I don’t know whether there is any wheat in the mash. A bit let down by a thin, rather weedy mouthfeel for me. Not bad though. Looks like the 2006 version was a bit different to the 2005.

on tap-pours a white head with hazy straw color. Aroma is wheat, light sweet malt, citrus, mild hops. Taste follows. OK carbonation. Tommathy (1) - Virginia, USA - JUN 27, 2006 does not count
Very very pleasant palate-wise, with a wonderfully clean, fresh initial mouth-feel and an even, well rounded bitterness to finish. Definite citrus and spice notes which disappeared quickly from the tongue with the cleansing action of the hops. IndiaDaleAle (35) - Allentown, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 25, 2006
I really liked this summery beer. It had a nice, fresh spice flavor with coriander and lemon coming out strong. The appearance was good, with a decent amount of foamy white head. I thoroughly enjoyed this one. richlikebeer (838) - Easton, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 8, 2005
lots of malt, yeast and some cinnamon in the nose, coming off a cloudy pale orange body with a slight white lacing. flavor had a good amount of yeast and tons of spices, corriander, pepper, lemon, and a very tangy hoppy tail. a little bit of a hop bite lingered behind, but alltogether, a nice brew. Dickinsonbeer (5074) - Hoboken, New Jersey, USA - AUG 14, 2005
This is actually pretty good complared to most other summer beers in the same category. Pale copper color with a medium head. Aroma is slightly sweet, with a good amount of citrus, orange peel, coriander, lemon, and spicy hops. Flavor is also spicy and fruity, while there is also some wheat as well. Light hop bittereness in the end.
