Bottle, Pioneer, Carlisle. A nice mix of malt and grass in the aroma to this dusty gold pale beer. Semi sweet on the tongue, with some melon and pineapple flavours, quite earthy and lightly grainy in the finish. A quite English style beer, but with a nod towards the ’new world’. allmyvinyl (11319) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JUN 9, 2015

Bottle from farm shop near sizergh. Amber with a thin white head. A fairly hoppy beer with a toffee malt base. Hop notes are pine and citrus. Quite a bit of flavour, but it’s not all good. Some vegetable and metallic notes. A bit disappointing.

Bottle. Pours a pale gold with a thin white head. Smells of rich honey, lemon and syrup. Taste is instant citrus, with lemons and grapefruit - but there’s a pleasant maltiness residing in the mouth. Some corn and cereals there. Finish is long, tasty and makes you go back for another mouthful. ManVsBeer (11466) - Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire, ENGLAND - FEB 22, 2014

Cask conditioned at Peterborough Beer Fest ’13. Cloudy gold with white head. Some caramel, toffee hints at the start but these are quickly overcome by a crisp, dry bitterness, some leafy, dry hops, a touch of citrus. A beer that improves down the glass.
