Poured from stubby to glass / Ar: Citrusy and Bananas / Ap: Golden and cloudy, would be appealing if it wasnt for the monster head! Also the head is white... / T: Bit sweet, nice bitterness and a little bit of sour at the end / P: Fizzy, very fizzy, medium body and thin texture, short bitter finish / O: Grabbed off the shelf on whim, tastes ok without being great, but WAY too fizzy which brought on burps and a tell off from the missus for being a grub, not that there was a great deal I could do about it. Average but ok for something different.

Fizzy highly carbonated without much in the way of flavour. Not much to say about this one. Little depth. Would be alright and refreshing if not for the fizzy mouth feel.

Bottle on the 17.58 Waterloo - Windsor train thanks to WingmanWillis, 20/05/14. Pale golden with a good sized off white head that retains well. Nose is laced with tropicana, mango, papaya, soft bread dough, mellow fruits. Taste comprises mango, pineapple, orange, straw, light hoppage, yeast notes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok offering, had presumed it was an APA, with less hops than I’d prefer, when rating. Just a touch of yeast gives at the Belgian status I guess!

caramel, earthy, orange, hazy, white foam, medium bitterness, medium body, creamy, average carbonation, long finish, this one for me had a slow effect on my palate, my first taste was a bit....hmmmm....but then it started to grow on me. i enjoyed it immensely after that and was pleasantly surprised.

Pours a clear gold with a frothy white head. Aromas of stone fruit and citrus. Flavour was dissapointingly simple and boring with a tinge of lemon and a light body.

Hop_Hedonist (672) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - DEC 24, 2013
Unconvincing golden ale - neutral flavour - more a lemony tinged lager - unexciting and two dimensional.

Dervock (1506) - AUSTRALIA - DEC 12, 2013
Bottle - pours pale golden with a frothy white head. Aroma is citrus, flowery and stone fruit. Taste is quite zingy upfront citric hops, really spreads across the tongue. Everything is up at the front of the palate, sharpness from the first taste really lasts.

Great summer beer with fruity aromas and slightly bitter after taste. No Hop Hog but certainly a tasty beverage.

pmuzz (400) - AUSTRALIA - NOV 24, 2013
Not a bad quaffable beer. Nice simple flavours and palate. A beer that goes down well on a hot day. Just not that exciting.

Aroma all floral & citrus notes. Taste of lemon zest, pepper, grapefruit. Not too bad. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
